The bed was very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. You could also not really sleep in because of the noise going around in the morning. Unsure if we got a room with a hard bed and close to the noisy areas of the hotel and other rooms could be better but if those two things weren’t true for us we would stay here again due to its location.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is in a perfect location, super clean and the staff is fabulous. The evening concierge, Maximilliano, great English and is incredibly helpful. We’ll definitely stay here on future trips - highly recommended!

It was a bit noisy at night—our room was on the first floor and you could easily hear people in the lobby and the street outside.

Great location! Even though breakfast was not included, the restaurant next door was wonderful for a very reasonable price. The staff at the hotel were also wonderful.

No driveway for hotel only pedestrian walk, need to get down on road a half block down from the hotel.

We were given the room upstairs above the reception so we could hear some noise, also the bells ringing from the church, it’s not so quiet if you are inside the room during the day.

The location, the personal was very friendly and helpful bringing up my luggage. The decor of the building and rooms is lovely.

Before booking, it was a little confusing whether there were stairs or an elevator. There is an elevator to the upper floors, but from ground level -- you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator to the upper floors. Not really an issue, there was someone available to help with luggage.

Central location, very clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and there was a safe (lock box) that was large enough for my laptop! Plus, I had the option to open the window.

A bit difficult to find. Google the Neptune fountain and the hotel is about 100 yards away

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. Valet will meet you at the Neptune fountain to park your car.

The only difficulty was in communication. There were a few times that were difficult to get our point across. But otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The location was perfect and was in walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see. Our room was a bit small for three people but was clean and provided everything needed. The beds were perfect!

Weekend nights can get rowdy in the center of the old town, but if you get up and join the revelers, or put in some earplugs, you'll be fine.

Every once in a while, if you travel long enough, you will stay at a hotel that has a staff of professional, friendly, generous people that you believe would do most anything to help you, because they want to. I enjoyed seeing the staff at the front desk every time I passed them, and regretted leaving when it was time to go. The housekeeping staff was also hardworking and extremely helpful.

The location and value was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The street (closed to traffic) can be noisy if you have a balcony room, but the wood shutter doors keep the majority of the sound out. The safe was convenient and extra blankets and pillows appreciated. The TV was small and the Channel selection poor. Bathroom is tight. The staff is excellent. Overall, a very good stay.
