The windows of the kitchen does not have blinds, so, considering the open space with the bedroom, it was not dark enough at night. The bedroom curtains between the living room were see through and very difficult to move.

The room offers space, practical furnitures and a useful kitchenette.

The street is noisy but that’s the big city…

Big and comfortable rooms with lots of light. Convenient kitchenette. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice roof terrace. Small enough hotel to feel homey.

-- The hotel nearly lost my clothes when I sent them for laundry. I only got them back five minutes before leaving, which was extremely stressful. Additionally, the staff doesn't speak English well, making communication difficult. -- There is no showerhead; the water streams directly from the top, so your hair always gets wet unless you use a shower cap.

++ The rooms were good. If you're lucky, you'll get a quiet one—half of the rooms face the yard, while the other half face the road. I recommend you to explicitly request a room facing the yard for a quieter stay.

The mattress was there worst. It hurt my back so bad it ruined one of the day of the trip. The free breakfast didn’t have anything I wanted and the horrible coffee.

Great location and the room was big. Nice futon for a couch but can comfortably sleep an adult. It also has a small kitchen. It’s nice for a small family.

The view from the window was to the wall of the next house.

The room is big and there is a small kitchen. The shower is exceptional for CDMX. Breakfast is OK, but not varied. The room is perfectly equipped for short stays, there was everything I could think of. I would definitely book it again.

Curtains have to be updated and towels are frayed. Dining area for breakfast is cramped.

Location was excellent for my husband’s meetings. Excellent taco place (Selene) is around the corner and the Catholic Church is 20 m away.

The location boasts a 9.1 Booking ranking from 2014 to 2016, presumably from the early years of the structure. Since then, it looks like maintenance hasn't been the top priority, which is a pity: fixing some broken details would really push it back up the raking.

Suites have all you need if you plan to stay for quite some days and want to prepare yourself some meals. The bed was quite comfy. Nice that they have a tiny business center, with a desktop pc and a scanner-printer, in case you need to process some docs. I enjoyed the presence of a tiny gym, for those who don't want to stop training. Great location: between and within walking distance to Polanco and Reforma

I bit noisy in the early morning, but nothing terrible.

Great location, close to everything important in the historic central area, Anzures, Polanco, Condesa and Roma. Very comfortable place, all the amenities in the room made us feel at home. I definitely recommend this place and I would like to come back next time I'll visit CDMX.

The shower is a bit tricky: from freezing cold to scalding hot. It takes a while to find the right setting. Several steps up to the street entrance, which can be a challenge with a heavy suitcase.

A fantastic place when visiting Mexico City (CDMX) for several days. The rooms are very large. The staff at the front desk and very helpful. The location is very convenient in terms of accessibility to major sights such as the Museum of Anthropology and History and Chapultepec Castle, public transportation (metro and bus lines), and the many excellent restaurants in Polanco. The neighborhood is safe, so no concerns about being out day or night.

The breakfast was just ok, and many times some things were missing, such as spoons or cups. I could not find the control to the room's A/C, so I could not heat it up when cold.

The check in was available 24 hours which is great. The room was huge and included a useful kitchen, which was great to make myself a breakfast when leaving early before the hotel's breakfast was available. The bed was huge and comfortable.
