United StatesThe sales pitch in the beginning about the credits. When I told the gentleman that we were not interested, he got annoyed and was a little unprofessional, in my opinion. When checking out, we were approached by another gentleman who was pushing to sell another vacation package. The only way to receive the discounted rate was to pay $399 asap. Politely declined and as we were waiting for our ride to the airport, he came back one more time to try again. A little off putting but I understand that it’s their job. The valet also didn’t mention that our ride was out front waiting for us, causing us to be 10 minutes late. The infinity pool chairs were quickly taken in the morning, could be a members perk? Plenty of other chairs in the 3 other pools. Small things that didn’t ruin our vacation.
Le Blanc staff is top notch. Ever been somewhere and feel neglected? It never happened once on our trip. Staff even go out of their way to stop what they are doing to walk you to where you were asking to go. Felt very welcomed and pampered.

CanadaI tried to book restaurants through the app, but it showed no availability, so I asked the butler for help. I got a reservation for one place, but for another, they said it was fully booked. Later, I tried walking in and was seated right away—there were even lots of empty tables. Since they kept recommending reservations for dinner, it was a bit confusing.
All the staff were very friendly and kind. I received excellent care from the butlers. Many services and reservations can be made through the hotel app. One of the best parts of this hotel is the complimentary hydrotherapy.

United StatesWhen we arrived at the property our first impressions were admittedly not good. The waiter at the restaurant was standoffish and impatient, some of the clientele at the pool was odd (e.g. there was a woman in the infinity pool screaming that she was peeing in the pool), we ordered drinks at the pool that never came. However, we spoke with a manager and explained our concerns and the entire hotel turned it around and delivered exceptional service from that moment onward.
The property is visually stunning and easy to navigate. With a few rare exceptions the food was very good. The beach is pristine and the service at the beach was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

United StatesI did not like all the sales pitches! When we first arrived we were introduced to someone who "knows everything about the property" - which turned out to be a sales pitch for a presentation about membership for the property. When we checked out we were also stopped by eager sales pitches to purchase a certificate to return to the property for a discount rate. In addition, the initial spa experience was not anticipated. Each of us was led by staff through the locker room with a group (separated by gender). We were expected to all change at the same time, steam at the same time, etc. We did not expect the "group experience" so did not get to enjoy our pre-massage rituals as long as we would have liked. We also experienced an "up-sell" for services when we checked in to the spa.
The Resort was beautiful, clean, and quiet. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful - willing to go above and beyond expectations. The food and dining options were excellent!! The crowd was there to relax (no spring break parties!).

United StatesVery relaxing & beautiful place. But the resort had 0% entertainment. There were live musicians but nothing exciting just live jazz aka elevator music. This resort is made for relaxing so don’t expect to be “lit” here.
Everything about the property was breathtaking. From the views to the staff & food everything was well put together. Spa facilities were excellent.
