United StatesThe host was very mean and did not want to accomodate us for extended time in the condominum. She sent the access to enter late. The host did not inform us about restrictions of the top pool and Jacuzzy. The hot spots in the bottom area were not working. There was not hot water in the unit and the unit needs alot of repairing. The host told us to shower in the Gym area which was an incomvenience big time. There was poor organization and poor communications in the check in post. The securities are not in sync. The price was high for the unit. There was not enough blankets and we got cold at night time. The unit was 1205. 12th floor and unit 5. The hot spots were not hot nor the buble yets were working. The sauna smell like feet and the sauna window is dirty.
The only thing that I like was the view to the ocean.

United StatesMonica Lebon in APT 1205 which is on the 12th Floor. I’ll never forget this terrifying night. We booked through booking.com and failed to see all the negative reviews from Yelp and Google. When we arrived at 5 pm to our room we felt safe thinking there was 2 cameras at the door, BUT when 10:20pm came around we received a phone call from booking.com stating they received a complaint that we had 8 adults and 2 children in our room. We initially rented for 4 adults and 2 children. We told booking.com we had a total of 4 adults, 2 children and a toddler. We told them to have the host review the cameras. THEN midnight thirty came around and we were woken by loud banging at our door. OUR CHILDREN WERE TERRIFIED AND SCARED FOR THEIR LIVES. The parking attendant was demanding to let him in to verify the number of people sleeping in the rooms. We denied and told him to have the host review the cameras. It was then when we realized our emails were blowing up by the host MONICA LEBON. She sent several emails right at midnight demanding to kick us out of our room for having an extra child or else she was going to send authorities to kick us out. IN THE EMAIL IT HAD HER PHONE NUMBER IN WHICH WE TRIED TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES AT MIDNIGHT AND SHE DIDNT PICK UP. Early at 7am the next morning we called her and instead of apologizing for the late night disruption she said “it could have been worse, I could have had the police kick all of you out”. She also mentioned we could have told her about the extra child before hand, but plans changed last minute. And was it really necessary to get woken up in the middle of the night with children crying and scared?? Our family vacation to celebrate our son’s birthday was the worst experience we’ve had thus far in Rosarito.
I loved the view and the architecture of the pool. The condo itself was nice, but the way the host treated us was terrible.

It was exactly as shown in photos. Security at entrance made us feel safe and welcome from the start. They offered taxi service to and from town and drivers were very friendly.
