the only thing is the i think the i said is they can improve a lot of little details to look better like new water faucets , more promotion in the bar and in the restaurant for the visitors, happy hour or something like that to get m ore business and income for the owner and employees . also replace or renew the torta place downstairs.

this hotel is an old hotel very well preserved , in the best location in mazatlan center, olas altas y macho plaza , the view the best , closed to everything , just fantastic experience . thank you . please give a special price and i can go every month .

Can be very noisy on the weekends. Wifi was not working the first day but was fixed on the second day.

Ocean view room-2 double beds. Both beds were very uncomfortable. I complained to the maid and she replaced the mattresses immediately! Typical Mexican hotel with an outstanding view.

The menu available at the pool and bar was a bit limited.

The view and location were excellent, right on the Malecon and beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and blocks from the old city and squares.

The room location was excellent with an ocean view but since it’s on the Malacon there was traffic noise. No elevator but nice staff to help you carry your things.

Location was excellent. Close to everything, stores to buy snacks and beverages. Cafe’s and restaurant nearby to eat. The beach right across the street. You can walk to Plaza Machado surrounded by historic buildings, restaurant, bars and shopping. The room was quaint and rustic but we expected that and it met our needs.

No parking. Parking can be hard to obtain. We had to drive around to find parking. Eventually found street parking a couple of blocks away. It is an older hotel rooms aren’t as modern.

The location is on the Malecon and also within easy walking distance to the plaza and a variety of restaurants. It was also easy to catch a Palominia (golf cart style taxi). Great ocean view from our room!

Very caring, professional staff, 24 hour secuity. Helpful going to from airport and restaurants. Many speak English.

The water pressure is weak for a good shower. I was there 4 nights in mid March 2023. After I booked the room, they emailed me and said that week is the AC yearly maintenance period. I did not need AC for that week.

It's a good location for parties. But if you want a good early good night rest then this is not the hotel. The ocean view is great for sunset. Can't beat the price. The hotel's common area is very unique. I felt like I was in a tropical forest. It's a good place for a nice meal. You got to try the burger at the hotel, seriously. It's a version of NM burger that has guacamole, but no hot chilli.
