Nothing the apartment was just amazing!! - the only issue was the building work in the apartment next door not anything down to the accommodation but it was very noisy at times - would be good to advise your clients if work takes place whilst they are away 😊

I wasn't the biggest fan of some of the smart home features and found myself using the manual light switches throughout the stay. While it was convenient to control the whole condo with a single command, I preferred adjusting the lighting manually to suit my preferences. That said, everything worked exactly as designed, and I completely understand that it’s hard to tailor smart settings to everyone's individual tastes. Just a personal preference; not a knock on the property at all.

We had an amazing experience at the Luxury Duplex - 4 pers - 2mn beach & 5th Av. The location is unbeatable, just a couple minutes' walk to the beach and 5th Avenue, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The duplex itself is stylish, clean, and spacious, with great natural light and all the amenities you could need. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place felt like a perfect home away from home. We had one small issue with one of the upstairs AC units, but it was resolved quickly within just a few hours. Isaac, the concierge, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond—coordinating our rental car, excursions, and airport shuttles, which made everything smooth and stress-free. All in all, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed at, and we’d absolutely book again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Power AND water was shut off for half a day due to condo maintenance.

The duplex was exceptional. Very clean and every option you could imagine. very high tech. Even wine and beer in the fridge for our use. Pool was about 50 feet from our unit and not being used 90 % of time.. Unit was decorated beyond belief, nothing inexpensive there. Restaurants were 2-3 blocks away and many drinking spots closer than that.

This condominium in Playa del Carmen is the most beautiful place we’ve been to in Mexico. It’s a smart home, and I cannot exaggerate enough how excellently chosen the furniture in this apartment is. The duplex apartment features fully equipped bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious closet room, in addition to drawers. There are three TVs, all with access to Netflix and Disney+. The master bedroom had a massage chair, the bathroom had the largest bathtub, and everything in the house was carefully selected. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to every taste. Whether you drink filtered coffee, pressed coffee, or espresso, there’s a machine for it. There’s also a juicer, blender, and beautiful plates. Family board games and direct access to the pool, which felt private as it wasn’t heavily used, added to the experience. My mind was blown away when I found a hair iron and a hair curler in the master bedroom’s bathroom. We stayed in this beautiful place for 14 days and had the best experience with the owner, Mr. Gilles, and the concierge, Isaac. The robot vacuum was a nice touch, helping us keep the house clean every day. During our stay, a huge hurricane was supposed to pass, and the owner took extra precautions despite the condominium being safe. None of the other apartments did this, but he covered all windows with wooden doors, showing how much he cares about our safety and cares for this unit. He provided us with information about the hurricane and what we should have inside Incase it will be bad. We didn’t have any experience as we’re coming from Norway and there is no hurricane in here. Waking up in this beautiful home away from home, we felt that nothing was lacking; we had everything we needed. The owner can provide assistance in French, Spanish, and English, which is a bonus. The location of this condominium is excellent: a 5-minute walk to a nice Chedraui, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, and 1 minute to 10th Avenue.

That I couldn't stay longer!

This property is a 20 out of 10, the service was just that good. From the time I made the reservation to check out, communication was excellent. Any little question I had was answered promptly by the concierge. Upon arrival I was met by the concierge and given a full tour of the smart home and how to work all the lights, appliances, etc. The pictures do not do this duplex justice. It looks even better when you're in it. Everything was spotlessly clean, kitchen well appointed and bathrooms too. Toothbrushes and other toiletries were also supplied. The bathroom has a deeeeeeeeep Jacuzzi tub and I definitely took advantage of it. There were refreshments and snacks already waiting when I got there and the kitchen has a dishwasher - a rare find in this part of Mexico. The outdoor living space was very relaxing and you'll want to throw something on the grill. The pool is just outside the outdoor space so it's easy to get in and out. I loved the glass floor upstairs and took some cool photos for my blog. This was a great experience and I will be telling all my friends about this place.
