Lots of activity was always going on and kept boys all time busy. We did photography with the hotel and she was so so good. Really recommended her if anyone planning to go.

We loved Everything!!! Once checked inn we didn't want to leave the hotel. We had a perfect vacation with excellent food in all of the restaurants. Great service from all the staff especially our waiter from TradeWind restaurant - Mr. Noel Addie who made our stay am unforgettable experience. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were big and convenient. The pools were amazing and the GYM was great. We will definitely return for another stay. Thank you Hayatt Ziva for a wonderful stay!

How pushy the people to buy timeshares are

The food was amazing , service was UNMATCHED. There was plenty of sunbeds and rooms were spacious. Very kid friendly hotel with so many activities. We will be back next year !

The ocean view was great unfortunately not able to leave the patio door open due to the humidity in the air blown in and caused dampness in the room so was unable to get fresh air in the room .

The room was spacious . I really like the dressing room and separated wc. The house keeping was fantastic making our stay even more comfortable.

There was a soft smell of sewage coming from the drain of the shower in my room. I was able to manage how to get rid of it tapering it with a dirty towel but simply keeping the door closed is more than enough and you don't feel any smell when you are taking a shower.

The restaurants are ALL amazing, no complaints about any food and there are options for everything, everywhere. Clean towels are available in multiple places around the hotel. The cleaness is unbeatable, All staff is lovely - no exceptions here. Activities and shows every single day. Beach is incredible, the water of the pools are crystal clear. Dolphins are soooo cuuuute, it's a life-time experience. the staff are really stick to their schedule with the activities, always cheering you up and the best to me: no loud parties late in the night after 1 am (perhaps even after 12 am), which means calm and relaxing nights to you so you wake up renewed for another day in paradise. Stayed for 4 nights at the pyramid tower with ocean view with my wife, and i wish i could have stayed for 7. Comfy beds, pillows, temperature and air conditioning and room service was flawless. definitely worth it staying at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

The dolphins were a negative for our family. For all we know about these animals seeing them in captivity just next to the ocean was very depressing. We did not know about the dolphins when we booked.

Tons of food options. Great kids club. Nice beaches w a short walk out to light house. Pools were clean and lively. Get lots of sun so perfect for a beach location.

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

The moment you arrive you are greeted by staff but at check in you realize it wasn't genuine because they want to sell you on a time share... I hate being in a position where I have to tell someone no I'm not interested in meeting with them for some appointment later. I'm here for vacation and don't want to sit at a seminar. It's predatory and annoying. So after that experience for the price we pay to stay here everything just becomes basic. Also didn't like that they keep 8 dolphin in captivity for our amusement. Not my vibe.

My best friends and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday, and everything was exceptional. From the lobby staff to housekeeping, bartenders to pool servers - it ALL made for one of the best vacations I've ever been on. The property, views, and amenities were unreal. I've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this was hands-down my favorite. Special thanks to Tannya (Bonita!) and Oliver at the pool for making our stay EXTRA perfect!

Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

Good location. Lots of activities. All restaurants are clean and delicious. Foods are fresh and staffs all very enthusiasm.

Buffet Restaurant was under improvement, and selection at breakfast lacked important items ( ham, cheese) Water at the pool was too cold. Ocean was warmer, and it was November. Shops at the resort are unattractive. Many of the products you can find at home and at better prices.

The cabanas take up a lot of the space and are not included. They are very expensive to book per day and on top on the existing hotel price seemed like a rip off. The result was a constant battle to find a sun bed. If you don't occupy your sun bed for a while they take your stuff away.

The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !
