I visited Mexico City in July and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly – special thanks to Ivan, Karina, and Christian. A big plus is that the hotel is located in the historic center, right next to the Zócalo.

The rooftop breakfast is a real highlight and the Zocalo location cannot be beat. 24/7 cafe with complimentary food and drinks also brilliant. Really enjoyed it here.

It had too many mosquitos look a likes because of the live plants but they weren’t mosquitoes because they didn’t bite you.

The hotel was beautiful. I loved the breakfast it was delicious. The cafe was amazing as you can get food 24/7.

Gorgeous building in the heart of historic district. Comfy beds and thoughtful amenities. Beautiful decor. The restaurant has a great view of Zocolo. Surprisingly quiet despite location. Loved it!

I like that snacks and water were included in our stay. The breakfast was good too. The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive. I had the chance to interact with Reina (housekeeper supervisor) and she made my stay extra special. I would love to stay here again when I visit CDMX.

I had a wonderful experience at this property during my aunt's birthday, and it was our first trip to Mexico City. Eduardo- Front Desk, Antonio- Bellman, Licely-Concierge, Nancy-GM, and the rest of the team made our stay truly special. The room was immaculate; I highly recommend the junior suite with a cathedral view, which offered excellent amenities. It was comfortable to have the space to see the sunrise from the room and see the city vibes from our room window. The inclusion of Cafe Central was a nice touch, providing a quick snack and a comfortable seating area after a long day. The free morning tour at 9 AM was a fantastic way to learn about the city's history. Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, offering a beautiful view of the Zocalo. We particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs with toast and the freshly squeezed orange juice. We will return to this property for our next visit to this enchanting city! Thank you all!

Zocalo Central was AMAZING! Beautiful building and decor along with the staff! Had a great experience and the location was perfect for our trip. The amenities included with the stay was unbelievable. Shout out to ROSA our cleaning lady!! I’ve never stayed somewhere where it was cleaned so quickly and did such a great job each time. I hope she is praised for her work!

Location was amazing, right on the central square. It was easy to uber from and get dropped off at. We went to two fantastic neighborhood restaurants and bars. The hotel had free beer and coffee for residents. The rooms were perfect and the staff outstanding. Would stay here again in a minute.

The gym was too small (even by hotel standards)

The location was brilliant. A favourite was the 24 hour coffee bar with snacks etc. Honestly brilliant. The water on each floor was a nice touch again. Bed also very comfortable

only negative is Taxi/Shuttle. Was not confirmed on pick up, no problem just took a reg taxi. On departure though, did reserve and confirm one. Got downstairs 10m early, checked with the girl at counter and said taxi on the way. After checking again multiple times and waiting 25m! My ride finally arrived. It was 100% that one girl at the counter, one can only hear 'o desculpa' so many times from them forgetting such a vital function. I could have missed my flight. The driver even showed me his listing and how he was just contacted 5m prior. Besides that a terrific stay.

I didn’t like the bed with a heavy blanked and the a/c unit that blows extremely loud and strongly even innit’s lowest position. The water pressure in the shower could also be better.

Great location next to the main square. Very good breakfast at the terrace with a stunning view. And it’s one of the best places for a fine dining in the city. The staff were very friendly.

The very central location also means noise in the late hours. There was loud music coming from outside one night, whereas other nights there were lood groups of people. Sound insulation could have been better

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. We enjoyed our room very much, which was very clean and super comfortable. The location in Zocalo is excellent, and the rooftop has an amazing view at the square. The breakfast was amazing, as well as the free snacks during the day. The staff was very helpful.

Right in the center of the busy zocalo so a lot to do. The cafe is included which is a fantastic touch. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooftop restaurant is beautiful and the views are unmatchable.

They did everything they could to make my family's experience wonderful! It can be difficult to get a taxi in that area, but they definitely tried their best to get us one.

We really enjoyed the food, decor, accommodations, and the location. The view from the breakfast rooftop deck was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, there was a wide variety, and you can also order a la carte as well. Throughout the day, they have unlimited snack and sandwiches in their restaurant, included in the price. The service from the waitstaff, front desk, and bellman was phenomenal. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. The location definitely gives you a pulse of the city, it is different everyday in the most beautiful way.

The hotel boasts a spectacular location right on the Zócalo, offering a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Key attractions such as the Templo Mayor, Torre Latinoamericana, Casa de los Azulejos, Palacio Nacional, and Palacio Bellas Artes are all within walking distance. As solo female travelers, we always felt safe in the hotel’s surroundings. The room was small but functional and clean—perfect for a city trip. The breakfast was delicious and featured authentic local dishes. An excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the heart of the city!
