How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Our room was right outside a bar playing loud music until late.
Showers are great. Slept like babies. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Food was great!

The music during breakfast was that of live performance that didnt match a slow morning energy.
Elizabeth and Itzel were the friendliest and most helpful staff members one could wish for!! We speak Spanish but definitely not flawless and they were meeting us patiently whilst we tried to convey our needs.

Lack of wash cloths
I liked that after check out, we left our luggage past 1pm and they didn't even care what time we would of got there, they were just happy to help wherever they could. I appreciated that!

It was very nice. The lobby was magnificent. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing. Extremely outstanding meal! Taking into account that they have shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as a magnificent buffet included, made the hotel aspect, very economical. The people serving are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive.

We were simply using this as an overnight before a domestic flight, so this review is very limited. It served very well for that purpose. It was comfortable, with large rooms, and with good amenities. We had no difficulty with getting to and from the airport. The staff were very accommodating. We were not there long enough to have any sense of the area around the hotel, or to use services. We remember as a very nice hotel, better than others we have used in the past in similar circumstances.

There´s nothing I didn´t like.
The hotel´s location was excellent. It´s near the airport and near the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to Mexico City.

We booked one night here for the night before our flight home from Mexico. Pros: -big, comfy king bed with decent pillows! -A/C worked well -room was clean and spacious with ample furniture -front desk staff was polite (minimal English, mostly Spanish, but we made it work) -shuttle to airport in the morning was excellent (on time, friendly and helpful driver) Cons: -the shower faucet handle (which turns the water on and controls the temperature) fell off...seems like it wasn't properly repaired from a previous incident. Made using the shower difficult. -communication through the Booking app with this hotel was very poor, despite attempting multiple messages I barely got answers, and when I did, they didn't make sense. This was all prior to arrival. -restaurant food was decent but overpriced. Overall a good pick if you need to be at the airport for an ungodly hour or just want to have a free shuttle there. Make sure to arrange your shuttle at the front desk in person ahead of time!

Our stay was fantastic from the beginning until the end. The staff is very attentive, helpful, professional, and friendly. We stayed here to attend the EDC festival. The hotel not only provided a free shuttle from and to the airport but also a complimentary shuttle to and from the festival park, which was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were fabulous and varied every day, offering many different options. The bar was open 24/7, which was a big plus, too. Our room was spacious and spotless, and because we stayed on the top floor, we had a great view of the city. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

It was not possible to get a hold of the reception at all despite 10 calls and 20 messages. It was to organise the free airport pickup to the hotel but we ended up having to waste time waiting for their response and in the end pay for the taxi ourselves.
Very good bed, very good shower, we stayed as a layover so it was perfect for us. The room was spacious and clean and has all the amenities. Very good bathroom and room layout was excellent.

Free transfer from airport. Helpful friendly staff, really nice confortable room and a great breakfast in the morning. Very well priced also, cant fault this place.

There was a bit of confusion about our pick up arrangement from the airport but luckily I had a Mexican SIM card in my phone so got a message about the changed meeting place. The trip to the hotel from the airport took longer than expected but it was just Mexican traffic!
The room was large and the bed was big and comfortable. The shower was excellent and we were very happy with the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location if you're attending a concert or venue at the Autodromo Hermanos. Glad I chose here for my 3 day stay. Also lots of shopping nearby at the large mall, as well as some street vendors.
