Rooftop hot tubs are for 'bar clients' and require a reservation and a purchase of a bottle of liquor. I was disappointed that we didn't get a soak.

The room was clean, beds were reasonably comfortable. Front desk arranged a 3AM taxi for us it it was there on time. This is rated a 4 star in Mexico but equivalent to a 2.5 in USA.

Rooftop restaurant music was too loud. The very kind staff moved me to a quieter room.

There are a bar in the rooftop, and there are a lot of loud and so on until late.

Internet was very slow and most of the time WiFi didn't work. The room was very cold and there was no heating. There was no hot water.

The front desk lady was rude, the bed sheets were dirty, you can see the stains and there were bed bugs. We only lasted about 20 minutes in that room until we left to find another one.

I arrived and the reservation was canceled, even that I called them that my flight was delayed and they Saudi everything is ok. They said it was booking, and They couldnt do anything They DONT have parking. Many people complaining about the same and cars parked on the Street with high teeft risk. I had to go to other hotel. Booking and impala service was horrible and I endedup searching for new hotels later at night.

has a very loud bar playing loud techno music till 12 am during the week and till 3 am. The walls shake with the music. can't open windows because of the music and there is no AC. Totally hate this place.

Hot water takes too long for showers. Too much hallway noise, and dogs barking in hallways. Way too noisy from outside and street traffic even with windows closed.

NOISE: We bought two different rooms, both of us could not sleep because the hotel has a Bar downstairs and one on rooftop, they play the must so loud. Besides the hotel stay on busy street, therefore there are too much noise from outside, and the hotel doesn't have external noise isolation. Unfortunately I didn't read the past reviews, because some clients already complained about it. WINDOW: Our room the windows shadow doesn't cover all the window, so was light & noise OVERALL: Overall, stay away from this hotel !!!

The night we spent there was regrettable! The hotel is more than a simple hotel, among other things they have a rooftop bar on the last floor (the 4th, I think). This bar started to play LOUD music at 7 PM and did not stop. They gave me and the group I was with, rooms facing the internal "patio", where the bar was facing too, and the music was DEAFENING. Annoyed, I asked to the (rude) reception staff, and they told me that the bar would have closed at 11.30 PM, and they assured me the music would have stopped; but guess what, we came back from dinner and it did not stop at 11.30 PM, it did not stop even at midnight... We asked again, but no trace of turning the music off, or down, at least. We slept trying to ignore the loud quinceañera music at around 140 dB in our room. You should have opened a bar, not a hotel!

The location is quite central in Queretaro, you can easily walk to the center.
