Shower sucked. It literally dribbled water. It couldn't even penetrate my hair. It had hot water. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work. I had to open the top piece and stick my hand inside of it. A few hooks for towels in the bathroom would have been good.

Fabulous location, on the beach front and towards the quiet southern end of the beach. Also close to everything you need in town. Large room with added bonus of a fridge. Comfortable bed. Amazing sea views from the balcony. Decent pool and good number of parasols and sunbeds by the pool and loads of these on the beach.

A bit dated, old. Dark lighting in bathroom. Hard bed. No hair dryer and few amenities. Also disappointed that early checkin was denied even though we had requested it prior and the room was ready. (It was offered at an extra cost.)

Humm, well. The beds for us were very uncomfortable with lumpy pillows. Like other hotel in this area, they don't have anywhere to hang things like towels, bathing suits, etc. So we always bring a clothing line. The water pressure is low, but water is hot. The room is very basic but roomy. All said, we will return to the Hacienda because for us the likes outweigh the did- likes.

The location is awesome, close to everything. The staff was very accommodating with our requests ( handicapped father) prior to arrival. Room and location they couldn't confirm prior to our arrival but said they would . do their best. They accommodated all my father's needs and more, which we appreciated. We've stayed at their sister hotel Corales a few time but came here this time to make it easier on my father in this heat. The sister hotel is quite a walk to town. The views and pool are amazing.

Superb location. Beachfront room with a pool and great restaurant. There's an excellent dive shop attached to the hotel. Hotel is walking distance to anywhere in town. Grocery store is 1 minute walk away. Helpful front desk staff. Win, win, win.

The restaurant was closed for renovations which was disappointing, but it shows that they are constantly doing things to improve the hotel

There was nothing I didn’t like. I didn’t know at first that it’s best to dispose of toilet paper in the trash can until visited other places in Puerto Morelos.

The beach chairs and towel service were amazing. To have a beachfront view from the room, restaurant, pool and chairs was phenomenal.

Very run down. Lights not working, broken glass on patio, bathroom door lock broken, exterior door lock broken and not secure.
