Very close to the airport. We were only staying one night before flying to Mexico City. We got breakfast included, which was ideal before heading to the airport. The pool area was very nice.

The rooms are very old but comfortable. This has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but I wanted to mention it, the cab/taxi that took us to the airport was dishonest that charged me more than I should have been charged or been told and then he tried to charge me in dollars like I didn't know wat he was trying to do....rob me.

I was only there for the night, so I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities. The pool did look very clean and so did restaurant. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful.

I got bitched at for vaping by.the pool. I stayed at their property in Uxmal and it was no big deal.

I arrived very late in Merida. This hotel is very near the airport and was easy to reach with an Uber. I also liked the pool area, although I did not use it. Everything was spotless.

The staff were friendly and kind. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The hotel was quiet and we were able to get a good night's rest. Breakfast was lovely.

My room was filled with mosquitos when I first walked in, and when they sprayed the room it was a n industrial bug killer and made the room smell, but never did it kill the mosquitos, I got ate up all night

During the day everyone had to be kind of quiet at the pool area. That changed once the sun went down and a lot of young people used the pool to party. It was so loud, there was jumping in the pool, screaming and everything. We were traveling with kids and had to complain at the reception desk. Sadly, none of the three people working there cared or did anything and we were just told it would stop at 10 pm when the pool was closed. I would not book again if I had an early flight or was traveling with young kids who needed to sleep before 10 pm. The food in the restaurant wasn’t bad, but it was mostly cold. You’re not allowed to drink your own beverages anywhere on the premises except your room, which I understand since they have a good bar, but you should at least be able to bring your own water in the heat of Merida.

We booked this hotel because we had a very early flight the next morning and we ended up having a perfect last day in Merida. The pool area was amazing and the rooms were also adequate.the hotel offers everything you need. The drive to the airport was 5 minutes and we had no problems finding an Uber.

Room could use a little updating but the beds were comfy and room clean. This is an airport hotel so I would imagine most people just stay one night.

The grounds are beautiful with a very nice pool, bar and restaurant. Staff was very nice. A/C in our room was good.

The staff were great! They arranged a taxi for us. It was a comfortable room and beds. Very clean and pool was great. Quiet, but great location near airport. Restaurant on-site with lovely serving staff, both in the restaurant and around the pool. There were pool loungers and towels. The room had a coffee maker, safe and fridge. Excellent value.

The restaurant took over an hour to serve us. We were the only ones there and when the food finally came it was cold. The restaurant service is very poor unfortunately. I won’t eat there ever again.

Close to the airport-an excellent last night stay before traveling back home. Had a clean swimming pool to relax around and outdoor dining so you don't have to leave the property to go eat. Has a bar too. Ample parking.

Their strict policy about bringing your own drinks by the pool (in plastic containers of course). If they don't sell what you want, then at least let us bring our own!!
