We booked this place after our original booking elsewhere was canceled. The host was THE BEST!!!!. The room was clean and had the most breathtaking view...location was very central walking distance from food places and nightly activities. The bus passes regularly.

Should have booked a shuttle in advance - was very expensive from the cancun airport for the ~20km drive.

Location was good! Nice facilities - a bit confusing to get directions to as it is part of a hotel but we weren't able to check in directly with the hotel.

it’s been well use, main door broken.shower tile needs some work as well for a new shower head. beds and pillows seems and feel well used.A/C compressor on the balcony makes a lot of heat so your not able to enjoy the beautiful view due to that extra heat. walls could use some paint, bathrooms Could be more cleaner mold in some areas. people knocking on our door in the middle of the night talking loud for over 15 min.

No hot water, the toilet was clogged, and the property staff will not provide any help unless you booked directly with them. If you ask for anything, they tell you to go speak to the owners, and they can't do anything for you.

The host was great and very responsive. The view was excellent, and the amenities were appropriate. The property is close to the restaurants and bars.

The room was spacious, with comfortable bed. The balcony is large with amazing view. The kitchen appliances were clean and functional. Bathroom is nice with shower and hot water.

-the owner is a Scam, lier and rude -the property is so old, everything rusted and falls apart -cracked windows, with a green tape to help it hold together !!! enjoy a view, lol -black mold in shower and bedroom -toilet not working well, shower has no pressure. -door was broken!!!!!

-parking upfront building -nice lady who manages this apartment, but from her behavior I understood im not a first one who has problems like this with this apartment and owner.

Everything was worst. Locks are rusty and broken. Bath room lock doesnt work. Toilet flush didn't work and it was stinging. No water bottles or any other essential in bathroom provided. Worst one. Total money waste. Also it had lot of roaches.. Wifi is terrible

If you stay in this specific room ( because it is a condo owned by a certain person) you have to pay in order to use the pool or go on the beach. The bedsheets as well as the pillows and the towels were dirty. We tried contacting the host a few times but his replies were vague and late. The water was hot but the pressure was VERY low

What I liked the most about this proprety was the location. It was a walkable distance from public beaches as well as the clubs. The view was also very amazing.

The room, poor maintenance, shower head very old, spills water everywhere. The pillows had a scent really bad like sweat. Very unsatisfying. I report it the same night and no one responded.
