How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel staff is very friendly, reasonable breakfast. Location is slightly off but yet not so bad. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The reception computer system was down when we arrived and had to wait 20 minutes to register. The air conditioning worked but the air quality was stale. My wife and I woke up feeling compromised in our lungs. The location is tricky to find if you are driving there.
The room had proper computer desk, coffee table and very comfortable king bed. Excellent view.

There is nothing we didn’t like, the entire staff goes above and beyond and give you 5 star level service in every way!
This property has been our favorite place to stay out of everywhere we have stayed in Mexico. There are no negatives about this property. Secure parking, incredible restaurant, but the one thing that sets it apart from everywhere else is the incredible staff. They are the kindest and most professional staff that will help you with anything you need whether it’s the people at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the valet, everybody is incredible. Especially the manager, thank you so much for making our stay so incredible!

We showed up with our dog and the amount they charged for our pet exceeded the total amount originally we paid for ourselves. So we paid more than double the amount that showed in booking. This is exhobirant and should not be a practice in properties

They say pets are allowed but don’t mention until you get there that they have a weight limit. They did finally allow us in but we couldn’t take our service dogs out of the kennels. When we got to the floor there weren’t any lights on and our key didn’t work.
The parking was sufficient

Poorly lit car ramp that we needed to go out to for a few more items. Internet was bad. No fridge, few towels, coffee maker. Fee for our dog was too high for being a “pet friendly” hotel. Should be a returnable deposit. Grass area could have been better maintained. Our room service tray sat outside our door for hours. We went and told them to come and get it.
The staff were friendly. Quick exit off Hwy but a few staff were sitting in lobby on there cell phones

Apparently there was a problem with the credit card on file and despite having confirmed our reservation they gave our room away. We had just driven 11 hours and were so looking for forward to our stay and visiting the omelette lady in the morning for breakfast. At approximately 4:00 I had even changed our check in time to a later time as we were stuck in a backup caused by a horrible accident. Despite this engagement on my part with the reservation they still gave away the reservation without even attempting to contact us. We stay in this hotel approximately 4 times a year going between our 2 homes. And we recommend it to others driving the same route. NEVER MORE
Karen, one of the staff members was fantastic. Her customer service was incredible. Despite the problems with them having given away our room Karen helped find us a room at the other location, took us there and came back for us the next morning so we wouldn't have to drive (Puebla is a bit confusing to drive in). Again, Karen should be used as a model for customer service, she is an absolute asset to the Fiesta Inn staff, give her a raise and a promotion.
