The pool wasn't clean

It took 40 minutes waiting in line just to check in. Checking out took a while as well. We only received one card to the room for 4 people. The ceiling fan was broken, so the room was stuffy. The room was missing a smoke detector and the walls had some scuff.

LOVED the location... The Staff was ALL so great and friendly. It was very Affordable . The free breakfast was at a restaurant next door . It was such a good breakfast. Even though I waited an hour for my food. Over all would stay again. They treat you like family here.

faucet was not attached to the sink, toilet immediately clogged. Room was pretty small for the price. Even the toilet downstairs clogged. No real information or information to let you know how to get around the hotel. Where to walk to, etc. how to get to certain things around.

Balcony and street view of the area. Private and secure. Over all clean. Staff were great. No real snack or deli or anything.

We didn’t have a microwave nor a fridge I traveled with a toddler and i usually meal prep for him. I had to throw away $150 worth of meal preparation. I am also pregnant my bed was not comfortable at all.

A lot of imperfections were found throughout the facilities, mainly at the pool and spas areas. They were not working properly and took the staff a long time to get them to work. When they worked they were very dirty, to the point of have mud around the edges. Took pictures of these areas. There's also a safety hazard right at the stairs leading the pool. There's no gard rails to protect anyone from falling off into the stairs. That's about 5' feet drop.. found loose cement on the pool surround floor. We were there for a while and non of the waiters went to offer anything to drink. I had to go to them.. The food at the restaurant was great, it would have been better if all the waiters were helpful with each other. I asked a waiter for coffee creamer and he said that they didn't have any. I asked to be changed to another table and the first thing I see is creamer. The same waiter was carrying the coffee jar and passed by our table and didn't even ask if we wanted any, even when we hadn't gotten our food. This happened more than once while we were eating there. A safety hazard was also found at the restaurant. An outlet with no cover where any kid could put in a finger and get checked. The room service lady that didn't get a name of was very nice and helpful.

Toilet let out a scream everytime it flushed. Woke family up 5 times at night. Deafening sound. Location is downtown so access to everything but very loud. Walls are very thin. Bed is worn out. Entire right side of bed is caved in and you roll off. TV sound is broken. It's either full blast or nearly muted. Can't keep it in between at normal volume. Poor job of upkeep.

We have stayed 3 times the other times the rooms were ok but this time we stayed in a studio on 4th floor and the bathroom really needs some love for sure. The breakfast got smaller than the last two times but that I gues is expected. You have to pay for parking.

Room’s didn’t have A/C and the sound of the music from the locals night clubs won’t stop until 3:30am. For me and my family was not a pleasant experience at all.

There was no AC so had to have the windows open, which was ok until it's midnight, 2am, 4am and the music is still pumping from the clubs down the road. Original room was quite sketchy, as they were remodeling and hadn't reached that floor. But we had another room on a remodeled floor. Aesthetically it was clean. But bathroom could use better cleaning, namely the shower

It would’ve been better if there was strong WiFi connection to watch tv streaming services and definitely needed better lighting and a tall mirror in the room to check outfit and makeup. Air conditioning would also help

Definitely appreciated the complimentary drinks and breakfast. The hotel has done great renovations. Staff is very friendly
