How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is near to the airport but slightly far from city center. I was happy though. Note that most of the time taken is because of the change at Pantitlan. Its an ordeal especially with luggage as they is no escalators or elevators. Best use the uber. Rooms facing the road will be loud because of car noises from 5am onwards, also note that the rooms have a lean in one corner.
Location was great. Staff super friendly. Better than expected. Would stay again.

If traveling with minors in family, you need to watch out because this hotel has adult channels accessible on open TV. Therefore, if you don't practice extra caution with TV, you might end up with a bad experience for your children. TV remote controls didn't work either.

Last night one of the guest feels like in home too much. Start listen music so loud (Wake up rest people in the same floor) but i think someone from personel react for that bad behavior.
I was spending three days in this hotel. I chose it because was near airport and really a lot of interesting places (a lot street food around). Some workers doesnt speak english but it is not problem, they have translator in phones:D really great. Every day was cleaning room and leave fresh towels and toilet paper.

No laundromat. It's not a must but would have made it easier when traveling back. It is conveniently located across a laudromat across the bridge tho. Dinning room is also closed but the room service is great!
Close to the airport and several tourist areas. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Housekeeping is professional and considerate. Will be staying here again if the same festival is located in the area.

The kitchen opens from 9 to 8 too late for breakfast and too early for dinner. People open their room windows so you heard lamentations.
This Hotel is Very clean. My housekeeping Ms. Laura was amazing. Exceed my expectations for the pay. Easy to take a taxi, public collective transportation, the Metro plus walk to a wonderful street market on Fridays where you can find delicious street food. I loved and saved a lot of money on this trip.

The room was extremely hot, it was very hard to sleep since it had just a little window that you could open. The hotel is near a main road so there is a lot of noise from the traffic. The location is a bit sketchy. Not sure if the hotel works also as a motel (by hours hotel) so it is a weird feeling

There was no fresh air in the room, but because of the architecture of the place there wasnt really a way to let it move. I had to keep the room door open, which wasnt a perfect solution.
The staff was really nice, the room clean and comfortable. I got a room in the back so it was rather peaceful. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water with good pressure.

The hotel is next to a busy highway so it can be noisy in the room.
Needed to stay close to the airport for one night and this place was charging the most reasonable rate. The room was fine for what we paid
