Breakfast was slightly basic and had few vegetarian or allergen-free options, e.g. milk alternatives or at least lactose-free products. Like, why put ham in the salad?? Or in the scrambled eggs. No smart TV. Quite thin walls.

Really good value for money! Quick problem solving (loud people in the neighboring room were told within minutes to quiet down). Spacious room and bathroom, and I liked the layout because it provided some additional privacy between them. Clean. Facilities were functional. Good location near the subway and the "in" areas but without the noise. Water dispensers on every floor.

Although the location was generally good, it may not be ideal for solo female travelers. The surrounding area lacks easily accessible cafes, bars, or restaurants that feel comfortable to walk to at night. Roof access was also a disappointment, as the listing included photos suggesting it was available, but it was not. Noise could be an issue at times. While no boiler noise was experienced, furniture such as chairs scraping across the floor from rooms above could be clearly heard while lying in bed. This was a minor but noticeable annoyance. Additionally, the shower flooded during use, which was inconvenient.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in a walkable area with a handful of restaurants and cafes nearby. With a bit of effort, it’s possible to walk to La Condesa, Roma Norte, and some tourist attractions. Mexico City is a great walking city, and the location worked well for that. It’s also about a 20-minute ride to the airport with no traffic, so if you’re booking an early morning flight, it’s especially convenient. The price was great. Breakfast was delicious, and the service in the restaurant excellent. The room had a window that opened, which is rare and made the stay more comfortable. The water dispenser was convenient, and the maid service was excellent and very attentive.

All was perfect for our needs! No complaints!

Wonderful and gracious staff! Very approachable and eager to help when we needed som assistance with an Uber. We appreciated that English was spoken, too. Beautiful hotel and the breakfast served was plentiful and delicious! Looking forward to our return next week on our way back to the USA!

This is a comfortable hotel located near Condesa neighborhood. Comfortable bed, shower, all good. We had a room with a sofa, which was nice. The restaurant and breakfast were both good. The staff are very helpful.

Coffee served with breakfast was very weak, blanket on the bed was only long enough to cover our legs. When we arrived to check in at 6am (we paid for the previous night and confirmed that the front desk would be open), only a cleaner who didn’t speak English was available. It took a while to find someone to help us and we were very sleepy!

Friendly staff! Free coffee machine in the lobby that made strong espressos and a water dispenser on our floor as well as 2-4 new bottles of water in our room each day. The room overlooked a quiet street and was cool and peaceful. An easy, pleasant walk to Condesa!

We stayed in a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, with a large desk & chaise and was very quiet. The Jacuzzi was great. The included buffet breakfast was simple but well-prepared with a few changes each day. Servers brought hot coffee to the table. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The photos showed terrace pool and terrace seating area which was actually the jacuzzi only for junior suite. No restaurants at walking distance.

Wifi was a bit intermittent. Taxi to airport, arranged by hotel, overcharged us...was 400 pesos but hotel quoted less.

Room was nice, up to date, and clean. Had a nice shower, bed was really comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is in the Escandon neighborhood, which is 2-3 blocks south of Condessa, so was extremely convenient and seemed to be a nice neighborhood (didn't spend much time there). It was just a half hour walk to an entrance to Chapultepec Park.

It would be nice to have a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room for small things. The mattress was on the firmer side. The water pressure and temperature consistency in the shower was lacking (but none of this was enough to ruin our stay!)

All the staff were lovely and helpful. It was so nice to have a great hot breakfast selection and potable water included! Room was clean and quiet. A/C and the bathroom fan both worked really well. The blackout curtains were effective.
