I’d like the restaurant and bar area at the roof top to open up earlier. It doesn’t open until 3pm and we swim earlier. It’d be nice to have access to snacks and drinks poolside.

The 2 Biggest issues: NO wifi in room and NO mini fridge. This was a huge problem and will affect us returning. Only had 2 crunchy pillows and a thin cover, no blanket. I don’t like using the bed cover but a sheet isn’t warm enough at night. Coffee in the lobby always ran out in the morning, never enough for many guests and only powdered cream. Rooms could use a deep clean and update. Mildew in shower made it feel a bit dirty.

Location was great. The rooftop pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was awesome. Beds were decently comfortable. Provided drinking water dispenser on each floor.

The only thing we could've used was a mini fridge in the room or an ice machine in the lobby but you can get ice for a small charge from the restaurant or buy a bag from one of the many oxxo stores.

The location was great, The rooftop restaurant had great selections at good prices, The rooftop pool was a nice cool spot to hang out with friends, and the staff were friendly and accommodating

It is clean but basic. If you are sensitive to a little mold or musty smell, don’t book here. It’s a well kept 2 star hotel. There’s no frills. Not much sound proof either in the rooms. Everything gets quiet after 11 pm but remember your in PV.

The location is fantastic. Minutes to the beach, close to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants galore. The pool is small but well kept and fun to do laps while looking at the mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi in communal areas (not rooms).

Old place, so sometimes things break, or room isn't ready, weak internet, street restaurant rarely open.

Location: near Rio nature area, also short walk to shops, food and malacon beach walk. Courtyard of plants beautiful, roof pool and view nice, desk staff helpful. Clean, sometimes coffee, elevator, off street rooms quiet, Mexican decor.

The pool was cold , but didn't seem to bother most people. I prefer it warmer

The bedding is the slippery, lower quality, kind. But when we asked for additional pillows they were provided. Pool towels are better quality than standard room towels. No refrigerators or mini bars.

Location. Charm, staff. The pool area and restaurant are lovely and convenient. Thank you for fresh water available throughout the hotel, and always refilled! We have already booked our next stay!

No internet connectivity in the room. This was terrible for my needs. It was possibly in the booking description that i did not see, but if this is important to you, as it was to me, you might want to fnd accomadations that have that.

This is all in context for the cost of the room. Exellent location, helpful friendly effiecient staff, very clean, nice pool on roof with deck area.

Several different room configurations, some are entirely in the middle with no windows to outside! Lighting is very basic with only one light in the ceiling of the bedroom and one in bathroom.

Great location to visit the Malecon and Romantic areas of PV. Clean rooms and good value for price. Nice little bar/restaurant on the roof by the pool.

The room I was in had NO sunlight ..a bit depressing..Its absolutely bare bones room...think Motel6 ..needs updating for sure...could use a table lamp, wash cloth for shower...noisy for some patrons Some aspects could have been cleaner but not major issue ...The Wifi is spotty..and is mainly only in public areas..

Location is great, walking distance to a lot . free coffee in the lobby in the am , Lobby has character and is kept clean, there is small pool and restaraunt on rooftop. The AC unit was good. Bed was comfy ..I would stay here again solely for the low price and location

Room was small, dark and expensive. Did not have a window looking out to street, but had a small window that looked into courtyard instead. Was not proposed to upgrade to a better room even though many rooms were being discounted at 40% off on the internet.

The plumbing must be old since a foul smell comes from the bathroom even though they are clean. I suggest they put rubber covers on them when not being used. Also the room need a small table.

Location is great. Walking distance to beach, Zona Romantica and dining choices. I suggest you start breakfast at least once in the Mercado a block away. Great value.
