The room we booked had a kitchenette but unfortunately it was not available due to remodeling. We were placed in main building and no kitchenette was available in our room.

Charming and quaint hotel in excellent location. Right in the center of San Jose del Cabo. Reception was exceptional and maintenance kept the place clean and tidy.

Loud music on the weekend from nearby through out the until approximately 4 a.m. We have had stayed here in the past and had the same experience. Would we return. The answer is yes. The location in old town San Jose del Cabo is great, the restaurant adjoining El Encanto is has great food, service and ambience.

We were there during the St. Joseph's festival which was 2 blocks away and extremely unable to sleep noisy until 2:30 am. Don't go then. It was during 3/26-27 in 2024.

Gardens are beautiful. We had a room with a garden/pool view. We previewed the annex which was nicely landscapes and the rooms smaller. The location is terrific. There was an attached restaurant that we only tried for breakfast which was excellent.

The hotel could warn guests about the difficulty of accessing the hotel when there's an Art Walk. Many streets were closed, and eventually we left the car on another road and walked to the hotel. This was after a good while of extra driving and circling around. In addition, the hotel could advise guests about where to park on the street (and parking rules) in case their own lot is full or inaccessible. I would have preferred to be in the main building of the hotel and not in the accessory building.

I liked the beauty and ambiance of the main part of the hotel, as well as the proximity to the Art Walk and the "historical" district of San Jose.

Noise from other venues and the street depending how light a sleeper you are. Parking is an issue. Shower needed updating.

The sweetest little hotel in the heart of San José, quiet but in the middle of life, if you want to join. The rooms are big and lovely and the staff is amazing. Everything you want (breakfast, restaurants, bars, art galeries, shopping, pharmacies…) is super close and the little swimming pool offers a wonderful opportunity to refresh.

No hot water in sink faucets , no room in bathroom for personal items . Had to go to reception to get water for coffee and to use in bathroom , a water cooler in the room would have been better for the price

They have a policy, that does not let you take a towel to the beach. I think most people that arrive by plane, don´t bring a towel, and for the price we are paying, I think they can put a system in place, to lend a towel to guests! Our room (Besame Mucho) does not get WiFi signal, so the TV/Netflix does not work well. The pool is freezing cold, would be great to make it warm! While the location and service are great, it seems a bit overpriced, but this seems to be a general condition in San José del Cabo.

The location is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. Food at the restaurant Habanero´s is also great.

The bathroom was underwhelming, and it didn't include lotion or conditioner, plus no free parking or breakfast.

Staff were very accommodating with allowing us to stay at the pool after checkout. The room was very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The grounds are lovely, and the location is great.

Noise at night from bands. Into the late hours, even at the main building. No hot water in the sink, but good shower, lots of hot water there.

The room was at the building across the street and is next door to a disco. The music was loud and played until 2am. The music was too loud and could not sleep even with earplugs.
