When I was last there 20 years ago, the place was pristine. It is now incomplete disarray and in terrible condition. It’s quite sad.

It needs hand sanitizer near the elevators and near any place food or drinks are being served. There was none to be found. Last time I saw it there was during the pandemic 3 years ago. There hasn’t been any sanitizer out all the other times I visited. They need to work on the desserts. We didn’t have one good dessert except the ice cream was pretty good.

The drinks stayed refilled and we were waited on constantly,no matter where we laid our heads.we enjoyed ordering food at all times and having it made to order. The buffet closed the day we got there due to low season but that meant our food was freshly made each time.

Food was mediocre. Had NO hot water the first two days. And minimally thereafter. Very little water pressure. But we were on a higher floor. Also, maintenance showed up at 11:30 at night to fix hot water issue when they finally showed up. Pretty creepy. Didn’t let them in.

The beach, the water, and the view was exceptional! The service staff was great!

We love Coming here,its our 6th time. Although,I got very I'll this from ecoli and norovirus,along with sea lice( i feel this should be posted for travelers to stay out of ocean) during certain months. Its awful looking ! I've been deathly sick with ecoli for 6 days now had to stay another day because was too I'll to fly. I seen the bartender REUSING the plastic cups drinks are served in... this is not my first time seeing this.. im afraid we will rethink ever staying here again,which breaks our hearts because this resort is very special to us and so are the workers. But our health is more important!!

Rooms need updated. No entertainment at the resort. Some of the features were not available such as lunch and dinner buffet, kids club, and swim up bar. The rooms were okay but definitely need updating.

Good value for cost, food is decent, staff are friendly rooms are older, beach is awesome great snorkeling at the resort, many cool fish. The staff do a great job laid back atmosphere.

Some residents put towels on the sunbeds every morning then left them empty for a couple of hours. Shower cubicle a bit old & moldy. Food reasonable but pretty much the same every day. Bad experience with dive shop on site. Did not feel safe with the dive master. Found a different dive shop for a later dive which was fantastic.

Large room, large bed, good & hot shower, fantastic snorkeling straight off the beach. Excellent service from polite & friendly staff. I would come back.

The food was the same every day and was not good. The cleaning of the restaurant was not good. If you wanted to have a good dinner you have to be in a line every morning at 8 am to book the good restaurant.

The reception staff were not helpful with our issues, we had unclean towels and our tv did not work for the duration of our stay. We had reported this several times and the reception staff were very dismissive

Didn't like needing to like to line up at 7:30 am to book a time in the only restaurant in the resort. The food was definitely sub par. I actually got food poisoning which put me out for 24 hours twice. The bikes seemed like they were from the 1950's and have no business being on the resort.

Food can do with some improvements in terms of quality and choice. Vegetarian options were somewhat limited. Even the formal Veranda restaurant was just ok. Another point to note: careful when getting a taxi tour to the San gervasio ruins. The tour agent quoted me around 30 dollars, the taxi driver ripped us off for 90 dollars. No fault of the property, but just be aware and agree on a price before getting in.

The hotel is showing wear and tear but it didn't bother us at all. It was clean, the room was huge with a lovely balcony and chairs. There are two beautiful swimming pools, dip pools, the beach is small but the water is amazing! The food can definitely be improved. It was ok, but just ok.. vegetarian options can certainly be improved too. All in all, it was still a good deal for the money paid.

It has the best beach among other hotels and it’s very centric and in close proximity to all activities and the city center.

The gym was terrible . All machines rusty and broken and unusable!! No Air conditioning either . Very disappointed. The bathroom in the room wasn’t gd especially the shower !!!

Breakfast was okay . Staff were mainly good . Nice position .

It is pretty outdated, staff service is a hit or miss, the liquor is horrible, and the pools are pretty dirty most of the time.

The food is okay, the space in the rooms are good, the ocean is nice, shot out to Santiago de waiter at the pool and beach area, and Leonardo at breakfast buffet really good service!!

Pools and hot tubs were freezing! Birds everywhere.
