If I had to say something bad about this hostel I would say the terrace could use a bit more roof. Right now you get wet if it rains a lot, and you feel the sun if it's hitting hard. Meaning the roof is not super useful right now. But you can still enjoy the rooftop very much though.

Central location, lovely spaces (shared kitchen and garden) and extremely kind and helpful staff. They organised 2 tours for us, both extremely good! Highly recommended!

People having full blown phone calls in the dorm area as well as that no one cares about air quality and so everyone just uses their deodorant spays in the dorm too. So would be cool to have it call and scent free.

It is, indeed, a little humid and there is a noisy ventilator going during the night.

The bed was comfortable and clean and there were some spare blankets, too. I appreciated the curtains, although they weren't perfect. The staff were friendly and the tour to the canyon was awesome - very cheap and veeeery fun. The kitchen was nice, with free filtered water, and there was a lot of place to sit at outside of the room (just like the huge terrace). Moreover free shampoo and soap is always a big plus!

Incredible value for money. Super cozy, very clean, nice staff, well equipped kitchen. Small hostel with only 2 dorms and a few double rooms. The double rooms are in the back in the garden house, which was super cozy and we loved. Nice terraces! Very good location. Recommend 100%!

I worked remotely for a week - wifi was fast and reliable and the hostel was quiet and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the terrace. Location was excellent as well. The room was cleaned and beds were made everyday. This is not a party hostel, which I appreciated, esp since there isn't a lot of sound insulation in the main building. Staff were friendly but not particularly social or helpful with recommendations (though they will help book some tours) - again, not a bad thing, just an FYI.

This place was really amazing. The place is spotless, the best hostel kitchen I've seen, the rooms are wonderful and a super value. We peaked into the dorms and they looked class. The location is optimal. Best of all, the roof terrace is a wonderful place to chill.

The showers could be warmer, and I wish they would make the space more accessible for people with mobile disabilities—such as an entrance ramp, access to the second floor, and better mobility-friendly rooms. I'm sure the staff would be helpful if needed, but these are things the owner should consider.

The facilities were impeccable. I really loved their cleanliness, ample spaces, comfortable beds and fireplace which they run every week. Their staff was really helpful and kind. Their internet is high speed and they have more than enough space to work comfortably. They offer free coffee for guests in the morning, and their kitchen is huge!

This is definitely my favourite hotel that I've ever stayed at! My partner and I stayed in our of the private rooms at the back of the hostel with a terrace overlooking the garden, which was perfect. The room is a great size, very very clean and has a great terrace overlooking the garden where we spent a lot of time when not in town. The location is great as well, it's very easy to walk everywhere but is very quiet in the evenings. The staff were helpful and friendly, and can help organise tours and transport connections. The kitchen as well is the best I've seen at a hostel! It was so well-stocked, incredibly clean and organised. I would definitely recommend for any stay in SCDLS!
