They do not have parking near the hotel, the hotel do not offer the option of having one of the staff taking your car to the parking lot.

It's a little noisy

very good location, right in town. We stay there one night before we catch a plane home. It is an easy place to get a taxi to the airport.

No parking you have to go too far away and pay a cab and carry your luggage. They didn’t clean the room and the iron was dirty and stained an expensive shirt in black, we requested for another one cause we had a wedding and we got late cause the y never sent it

Upgrade to the superior room and we’re given a large comfortable room. The hotel has lots of amenities including a pool and a bar by the pool. The only disappoint was no coffee maker in the room and the service and food at the restaurant not up to par.

The price is not justifiable. The room was a bit small for the price and I had a discount for 2 rooms, Deluxe King Suite bedrooms each one and not nice views or anything. The staff was amazing, and they saved my experience from becoming a bad one.

Windows don't open as the are all facing inner courtyard lobby area. Could hear the noise from other rooms. Split levels may be hard to go up and down for older people.

Centrally located location, clean rooms but smaller than the photos on booking.com Interesting architecture. Good for a short stay but not for longer stays.

In general everything was ok, hotel very nice but to me it is overpriced, you pay only for the location.

It was bad that they only gave us one key for three people and the key was needed for electricity to work so we weren’t able to leave anything charging or the AC on so we came back to a hot and humid room. Also the shower door didn’t close correctly and water got everywhere.

We did not get the room we reserved, and when we inquired about it, we were told the hotel was sold out, so they couldn't switch us. Even though our reservation was made well in advance, they made no effort to compensate for their mistake. Our reservation was for 2 rooms. One was as booked the other was much smaller, still a nice room but smaller.

Very nice hotel! Great location! Friendly staff. Jose Luis was friendly and very helpful with suggestions. They don't have parking, so carrying the luggage and navigating to the parking lot was a journey, and Jose Luis guided us through the process.

My only negative part would be the parking situation. If you have your own vehicle they send you to park and a partner hotel 10-15 mins away.

The hotel is in perfect location. The restaurant breakfast was delicious we enjoyed it. Really nice hotel with great location, it is a bit small regards to facilities amenities like the gym and pool but besides that I recommended. Staff was super friendly to us during our stay and help us facilitated the tours with people they recommended.

Overall the staff was pleasant but the two front desk staff we interacted with were not welcoming and very condescending. For that reason alone is enough to never stay there again.

The responsiveness of the hotel staff before my arrival could be better. I tried for several days and with numerous follow up emails to ask the hotel to arrange a car to pick me up from the airport to bring me to the hotel. It took the hotel many days to respond (over a week)! When we checked in, the room that was assigned to us had faulty wi-fi and it was not getting resolved. However, the hotel staff intervened and gave us another room where the wi-fi worked perfectly and there were no problems after that. However, the new room was smaller, and did not have a couch that the original room had.

The location is perfect! The hotel is just around the corner (1 min walk) from the Reunion Garden and Juarez Theatre. It is eminently walkable to all the sites in the historic city centre from the hotel. A lot of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood too! The hotel staff are helpful and try their best to make the stay comfortable.

Perfect location just a hundred feet or so from the Jardin de la Union in the very center of the historic district. Just far enough to be quiet for sleeping...except on weekends and holidays when the Jardin goes crazy and the hotel itself might host an event. Our first night, Saturday, the only possible way to sleep until the in hotel party ended about midnight was with the provided earplugs. On St Valentines night the disco next door was much quieter but ran until 2 or so. The other nights were quite peaceful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff universally helpful and kind. The pool and "jacuzzi" are as shown in the photos and warm enough for swimming but not nearly hot tub warm. Staff will arrange for airport transfers and local taxis which are otherwise sometimes hard to find.
