There was nothing to dislike.

It's a lovely retreat in a unique setting, close to Santa Elana and the ruins of Uxmal, Kabah, Sayil, Labna and others. Great staff, great breakfasts included and very comfortable accommodations.

The breakfast was very good. The property is large with many areas to explore and enjoy. We enjoyed the secluded location, birds, nature.

It was quite noisy - possibly outside of the control, sounded like shooting (both nights) and a loud radio.

Continental breakfast was included but you had to pay extra for eggs. The property should include a full breakfast in the price. Although they were upfront about it, all of the other places we stayed at included a full breakfast.

The location was perfect for us. Way off the road and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room decor was rather dull. As there is nowhere to buy snacks or drinks nearby it would be nice if there was a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities available during the day in the breakfast area.

The grounds are very pretty, and the buildings are attractive. It was nice to have an outdoor seating area and hammock. A continental breakfast is included in the price. Options like omelette are available for extra. The extras and drinks are available between 6.30 & 7.30 in the evening if preordered. The owner was friendly and speaks some English.

If I need to say something, I can call for a bigger swimming pool. It was enough for us but certainly not big enough for two families at the same time. But having in mind it´s an eco-hotel; it is just a luxury to have a clean swimming pool.

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot. Waking up with the sounds of birds, jumping in the swimming pool and do yoga before a well done breakfast. And the service was top level.

For the price, I wish the hotel had been better maintained, especially the bathroom. I did not notice in the pictures that the swimming pool was that small. We were a group of 6 so it was a bit too small for us.

It has a good breakfast, a big room, and a terrace with a hammock. The area is super cute, with many trees and flowers. It's super close to Uxmal. I like that the electricity is coming from solar panels.

Rooms a bit plain and need a bit more decoration My husband said they lacked the feminine touch!! You need patience with the shower, it takes ages but gets there in the end .

The staff, good location for visiting Maya ruins. Food was simple but adequate. Jungle location. Very quiet. Loved the hammock on the terrace. Private.

the electricity and internet were unreliable, but it's off the grid so to be expected. We happened to be there during a big celebration in Santa Elena. Due to a trick of acoustics, we could hear the music playing until 4am. In the restaurant area it couldn't be heard. Normally it would be very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel seems fairly new, with interesting room modules. I loved the hammock on the porch! Breakfast was good. Dinner is served there but the menu is quite limited. Because the hotel is "off the grid" there is no AC, and you can't use a hair dryer. Not a complaint, just be aware. The fan overhead was enough for sleeping. The grounds are very interesting, worth a walk around. We found it a pleasant alternative to staying in town. Very nice helpful staff.

If you like your birds chirping happily in the morning then this is a small oasis close to Uxmal that had everything you need. Pleasant, clean, kind staff and a great breakfast.

Beautiful and peaceful property with wonderfully kind and helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting nearby Maya ruins and stunning cenotes. The hosts have local recommendations as well. Hot water available in the showers :)

One evening, there was a large group at the pool that was very loud until early hours of the morning. As well, one night someone above us was moving the furniture on the tile floors until the next morning and was quite disturbing and loud. Also, some of the pool pillows are moldy & require replacement.

Beautiful property & room, plants & natural surroundings were a great pleasure, relaxing atmosphere, kind staff, pools felt very clean. We loved walking through the well designed complex from our room to amazing restaurants.

During our stay, the pool was closed and no dinner was offered, so we had to head out in the evening again. The value for the price was medium, as all the amenities were closed and the room furnishing is quite minimalistic.

The place is set in a beautiful garden, it is very quiet - you only hear birds singing. The individual houses are a nice touch, we had a floor and a terrace for our own . The staff is super nice and attentive. The breakfast was tasty with fresh fruits, coffee and an omelet. The location is really convenient for visiting Uxmal. However, you should be aware that there is no air conditioning in the room.

We had hoped the swimming pool was in the sun but it was not, and for the first two hours we were there, there was much noise from a generator.

It was a nice and quiet place, just outside of the village. The couple running the place are super friendly! The room was really comfortable and large.
