When we went to bed, we opened the sliding door for fresh air. Within an hour, there was barking dogs, crying dogs, and growling dogs. I called the front asking to change rooms. They were full!! Finally, I closed the sliding door and the noice subsided. It was more annoying then anything.

The place was very pretty and exceeded our expectations. Staff was great and our room did not have much, but it has all we needed.

Location in a very industrial area was strange, and included noise (dogs, trains, airplanes, etc)

Breakfast was delicious and extensive, almost like a dinner but restaurant buffet style. Was not included in the price.

There were around 5 dogs adjacent that didn’t stop barking and howling all night, not sure if they were in the hotel boundary or not, parking is limited

What I didn't like about the hotel was the music at the restaurant after 9/10 p.m I only stayed at this hotel because of the locations and because I only had a few hors to sleep...fron 9 to 1am and I couldn't sleep because of the music :/ I was so disappointed about that....

It takes a while to get a hold of someone on the phone for the front desk. The menu for the room service is not in the room, and they don't have ranch, like Kraft ranch or buttermilk ranch.

Loved how close it was to the cities Silao and Leon. It is close to the airport for those that travel in via airplane. The food is exceptional. And I especially liked that it is close to a water park so my children had opportunities to do fun activities during the day as well as use the facilities at the hotel.

The only downside is that breakfast is not included. The price more than makes up for it though.

Fast, friendly, and efficient staff. The entire facility is clean and there is plenty of storage for all of our things. Best part, it is a gated facility with security guards. Beautiful grounds, amenities, and more.

The hotel is located in an industrial area with no local amenities. This did not bother us as we took a taxi to the city. Although they do not have a shuttle to the airport the staff arranged a taxi at 3:30 am.

We needed a location close to the airport. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, lovely grounds with a pool and large exercise room, tennis courts, restaurant and bar open for long hours with an excellent buffet breakfast. The entrance and foyer were elegantly and tastefully adorned. All the rooms are on the ground floor and we had a view of the lovely gardens from a large window. It was an amazing stay for the price.

The noise around it , seems that there is a gate behind the hotel and the cars and trucks requiere access by using their claxon very loudly early in the morning.Many dogs and many loud conversations at the corredor that your amplifies the sound . The location is a bit secluded

I waited by 30 minutes to check in because there were not enough personnel, the room phone doesn’t was available and the wifi net was unavailable all weekend.

The place is wonderful! Very nice and silent, you can relax and enjoy privacy.
