United StatesMy room did not come with a shower curtain when I checked in and my toilet needed fixing. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't working properly. Other then these little issues, the suite was amazing.
The resort was amazing. I loved the adult pool that was quieter and not as crowded. The room service helped when the restaurants were closed. I also loved the Desires club which was a good place for late after hours. I loved the overall design of the resort. Just walking around was really nice.

United StatesBig Iguanas run wild near some of the restaurants looking for food. They have no shame lol. They will invade your space and relax right near your feet or table like they were invited for dinner lol. Other than that, place was great.
Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Complimentary Champagne at check-in to get the party started lol. Very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms very big and spacious with balcony. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Lots of Restaurants and bars on-site. Breakfast, lunch, & dinner options. Gym was nice and clean. Right off beach. Three pool options with swim up bars. Entertainment & activities available. Spa treatment. Night club. 10 mins away from Rosa Negra restaurant/club. 20-25 min drive from airport depending on traffic. 20-25 min drive to Cabo Marina depending on traffic. Staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous!!

United StatesThe Dreams Resort location had a beautiful beach but it was a 30-45 minute drive to visit downtown restaurants and nightlife. The music festival was another 45 minute drive in the other direction, so if you are leaving the resort to attend other functions, it can be time consuming with additional expenses.
We have vacationed in Cabo 15+ times and this was our first trip to Dreams. Our ocean view junior suite was very spacious and the patio overlooked the pool and ocean. It was an excellent stay. We visited as a couple to attend a music festival, relax a little, and visit friends in Cabo. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool, music, and met several new friends at the resort. The management staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. After checkin, they remembered our names for our entire stay and always made sure we were happy. The pool staff went above and beyond with their service.

United StatesThe common areas are beautifully but the rooms need to be renovated, they are clean but dated, furniture needs to be replaced. Cafeteria style cups for cocktails by the pool are good size and functional but feel a little cheap. Nothing bad but noticeable.
Size is great, it's not a huge property. The pool was warm and for all inclusive, the food is pretty good! Room service was fast and restaurants had decent variety. Also this was our first time utilizing a Kids Club program and the staff was excellent and made everyone feel comfortable. Location is really convenient between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas if you like to leave the property to explore. Check-in was also fast. We did the Le Petit Chef upgrade for dinner one night and our 4 year old lost her mind, it was a fun experience for little kids, the staff was really great and the steak and lobster were well-prepared.

United StatesI stayed for two nights, solo with two beds but ended up sleeping on the couch where I could actually fall asleep. The first bed I couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes. I got four bites. Went to the second bed, still couldn’t sleep because my entire body started itching. Finally got 2 hours of sleep before the big day after switching to the couch. There is absolutely no early check in. I arrive few hours early, totally understand I’m quite early but the guy at thee front told me the room it be cleaned and once cleaned he will advised me. That made it seems like I can actually check in a bit early. 2 hours later I went to the front desk to see if my room was ready, unfortunately it was a different guy this time and he told me check in is at 3 so I still have to wait 40 minutes. I was standing by at the front desk, watched the time and as soon as it hit 3pm I went straight to the front desk in which without hesitation the key was handed over to me in seconds. It was 3pm on the clock! This means the room has already been ready but they refuse to release it until exactly at 3pm! I was upset but I didn’t make a fuss because again, they’re just doing things by the book.
The staffs were all attentive and goes beyond and above when I needed help.

United StatesWe were offered a room upgrade via e-mail and when we checked in they acted as though they knew nothing about it. When that was finally sorted we got to the room and there were no towels or bathrobes. We were supposed to be in the “preferred” club but the room had no snacks or miniatures to make our own mixed drinks. We ordered room service the night before and the order quantity was wrong upon delivery. The following morning our breakfast too 2 hours to arrive. The room was in disrepair with one of the decorative curtains hanging precariously out of the wall and the room itself was sparse. It was not the quality we are used to as we have stayed many times at the Secrets resorts.
We stayed for a wedding and they worked to make it such a beautiful service.

United StatesI didn’t like that we could not go into the ocean. There should have been a warning or disclosure about not being able to go into the ocean because of dangerous riptides all season long.
It was clean and very hospitable. At night time the ocean waves hitting the beach sounded like thunder and it was very soothing when your trying to go to sleep.

United StatesI didn’t like that the sink in my room had a small leak. Also, the alcoholic drinks were watered down and the bartenders didn’t mix drinks well. I had to drink most of my drinks straight up and have a side cup of juice or soda. I did not like the fact that there is no mention prior to booking your stay that you cannot go into the ocean to swim. The riptides on the beach is serious and seriously dangerous. There should be a disclosure about this because customers who expect to be able go into the ocean water are going to be disappointed.

MexicoThe room was not clean. pillows smell really bad :/ We found a bottom bathsuit in the rooms bathroom. Some staff was not kind. The room is a bit old and needs maintenance. Food was not that good. Poor service, needs more staff for the quantity of people.
