I was in a Villa and they'd lock the gate at night. So if you're coming back in late at night you have then walk all the way around to the front desk to ask them to open the gate. That was annoying but I do appreciate the security.

When I arrived they bumped me up to a better room location they had with a spectacular view of La Bufa. Staff was very nice and professional.

Our view, was the inside of the garden, except we were staring at the floor of the side balcony.

The staff in the bar area were great. Especially Martin, who shared history of the city and hotel. This was our second stay here!!

The parking is a little confusing, I had to exit and return to a different entrance, but it's understandable considering how large this place is.

They are very accommodating. The room is huge and well equipped with a small kitchen. The parking was confusing but very convenient. I will stay there again!

We had a king bed and the mattress was incredibly hard. It was like sleeping on a yoga mat on a concrete floor. I traveled extensively for 20 years and this took the prize for the hardest mattress ever. We did not have the opportunity to eat at their restaurant but did drop into the bar area. We tried to order a margarita which were 90 peso each or $5.30 US at that time. The glasses were only about 6 oz. After working with the bartender a little we were able to improve that.

Parking in this facility is the best. We have an F250 and they can easily accommodate the size in both covered and non covered areas. We decided to park next to the security booth since we had items in the bed of the truck. Wonderful security. Rooms were clean and well maintained. AC functioned well and room was quite even on the side of the major highway.

Premises need to be refurbished / updated. A/C-Heater didn’t work. Only one lamp functional in the room. Shower head is really old. Door and windows allow lot of outside noise.

I didn't like that the staff knocked on the door in the early morning to tell us "if we like breakfast". The heat didn't work at all, and we were staying in winter. The TV was not an smart TV, like in other times we stayed on the same kind of room.

I liked the view and the furniture of the hotel, I think it was well decorated and I felt confortable around it. Also the thing that was not so bad about the TV it was the fact it has cable with HBO channels.

Lots of outside noise late at night every hour until 3:00 am. Really hard to sleep. Also the mattresses on the beds are extra firm.

The hotel is very out dated. It needs to refreshed for the hotel to bring in more people. Our bed was sooooo hard and we had no dishes in our villa luckly walmart is just down the way. I tried to get a massage but was told they have a staff shortage.

I loved the location of the hotel. I also loved my room location very close to the pool. The pool was nicely heated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And they have air conditioner!!

Everything!! We stayed in a Villa, very spacious 2 king-size beds, a sofa, small kitchen with a table with four chairs, 4ft refrigerator, a microwave and sink. We called room service every morning for coffee, it was delicious (don't forget to tip guys). Loved the two indoor pools. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
