This can easily be a go to place for a person who wants to take a bus to Guadalajara, spend the night in a pleasant hotel, have a relaxed breakfast, and then next day take a cab to the airport.

It would be nice to have seating on the balcony in room. Although the street was quiet, noise travels in this hotel and we could hear other louder guests congregating in the main floor from our second floor room.

A wonderful hotel- All the staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plus the hotel is located in a excellent location! Excellent amenities as well such as a pool, rooftop Terrance, and dinning room. We enjoyed our stay so much.

The hotel is beautiful and staff was exceptional in tolerating our lack of Spanish. The location was the best part with everything we needed. The Tlaquepaque neighborhood is magical and we loved it! Super comfortable room and good breakfast. Would love to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay and would have been a 10+ had it of not been for one young lady working front desk. She single handily managed to ruin my experience at this hotel. She seems to be in a terrible mood and if you question anything you get a very hard eye roll and lots of attitude. Every single other Person I encountered was exceptional. Also please ask for bar menu with prices before ordering otherwise at check out, the price gouging is phenomenal, $20 for a glass of bad!

My only complaint is the noise level at night time. You can hear chatter through the bedroom door.

The hotel was clean and beautiful with modern decorations. Location was great with restaurants, shops, and the main plaza nearby. We got a complimentary drink at the bar upon arrival.

A lamp and a box of kleenex were the only things missing from our room.

The room, the bathroom, the staff, the ambiance, the restaurant & bar, and the location were all very good. The hot water in the shower was nice and hot (as it should be), and the open-air terrace on the top floor was a very nice place to relax and unwind, during the day and at night.

Honestly, hard to find anything that we didn't like about this place. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely, clean, modern and stylish hotel in a safe, walkable part of the city. Tlaquepaque is full of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, and a great place to spend a few days as well as a good stepping off point for the rest of Guadalajara. The staff was great, from the reception through to the cleaners and the restaurant and bar - friendly and helpful.

We could have had more toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. It's lower quality paper so it went fast. Also a box of kleenex would have been nice. But I can't say enough praise to how much we enjoyed our stay!!

Everything about this hotel is Amazing. Starting with the friendly staff to the clean rooms, and the beautiful facility. It's so close to the main tourist attractions.
