The room was huge and comfortable and it was in the perfect location walking distance to everything! We will absolutely come back and stay here again!

I stayed for a month. The kitchen was basic and needed more equipment. The drains in the bathroom smelt strongly, but this is part of living in a Colonial town and a building of its age.

The apartment was charming. It had great light and beatuiful vistas over San Miguel. Apartment 4 has its own private terrace. The apartment was well maintained and kept very clean. I loved the fresh coffee delivered daily.There is a 24 hour reception and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens of the apartments are beautiful

The wifi can be spotty, but not a major problem. A few more cooking pots in an otherwise well equipped kitchen.

This was an excellent location because it was close to the Jardin Principal but quiet and cooler in the hot days. Beautiful immaculately kept grounds, convenient laundry service, very helpful attentive staff all made this our favourite stay of many we've had in San Miguel de Allende. We consider the fairly steep hill on Calle Correo a benefit because it helped create more privacy from the hub-bub of el centro, but it might deter some.

The kitchen supplies in the studio apartment were fairly limited. I wouldn’t plan to cook daily here.

The property is beautiful, with lovely courtyards, gardens and an upstairs terrace. Lots of art, plants, and colour. The building/ apartments/ furniture are older, but I found everything to be very comfortable. I booked the studio apartment and it had so much more space than I was expecting. The staff were so helpful and kind. Location is amazing, so close to the main square and walkable to everything (if you have mobility issues, the hill to the hotel could be a challenge). Great value stay- I will return!

I loved the property! It was close to the center but still very calm and peaceful. The internet was reliable, and the rooftop was a nice place to relax. I also really enjoyed the neighborhood—it had a great atmosphere with friendly people.

Loved our little house Private backyard, patio with table and chairs, ate our meals outside, kitchen for cooking, bed was so comfy, the softest sheets I have every slept on, and very quiet, but close enough to walk to town, little bit on an incline, but good exercise! The grounds were beautiful, all the lovely flowers and cactus, well manicured backyard and courtyard.

It was a steep hill to climb from the jardin. I often took a taxi which was inexpensive 80 pesos.

The bathroom in my room was one step higher than the rest of the room. However, the door frame is not higher. This caused me and my wife to hit our heads on several occasions as we were exiting the bathroom. I bet we haven't been the only ones.

Very polite staff. There is parking in the property, and I was allowed to leave my car there a few hours more after my check-out. The hotel is on a walking distance from the center.

A bit noisy as it’s located on a main road. Also, we booked a two double bed room and even though it did say it was subject to availability, they never confirmed they didn’t have a bedroom with both beds before us arriving

The kitchenette is really old. The place needs a bit of tlc/renovating. It is very old and rustic. The windows are original single pane. The shower needs replacing.
