The bed was not great, too soft, but it was fine for just one night. The lift was broken, so we had to use the stairs, which was not a problem, but there were old people struggling to get to their rooms. There is little room for parking.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't use much of the hotel's facilities, but its location was great. We had little interaction with the staff, but they did their job good enough.

The rooms and facilities have nothing to do with the photos posted on booking. They are much older than the pictures. The hotel is really expensive for what they offer.

The rehearsal of the concert next to our window at 10pm makes it difficult to sleep. Also there is no beach so it's nice to see the sea but you cannot go in it and there is no pool at the hotel

The shower was not very warm and rainshower head was very low. The breakfast service was extremely disappointing. We arrived just after a big group, which got the employees in stress mode. They became inpolite, not giving you any options to choose from.

Great location. The parking under the hotel is perfect if you come with a car. You can easily walk to the center. The king bed room was very comfortable.

In a room was only bed, closet and Tv but for one night it was not a problem. Window in our room was small but also it was not a big deal - fresh air and sunlight reach the room.

The hotel has a great location. The room was nice and a bathroom was clean. The facilities were basic so sufficient for a short stay but can be annoying for longer reservation. Our room was specious and bed was giant and comfortable. WiFi worked well. The parking in the garage was quite large. The breakfast was delicious (no buffet, you choose from a menu). The red staff deserve a tip, they are super helpful and kind. Finally I had a chance to drink real, strong coffee :) You have to wait a while for hot water in the shower, but there is no problem with the pressure. Despite the power outage for a few hours, the staff did a perfect job, they were very helpful and had a plan for everything.

There is no restaurant service aside breakfast—which starts at 07h00 and is complementary—so you will definitely have to look for a place to have lunch and dinner or get food delivered and pick it up at the lobby. If you happen to get food delivered, do not forget to clarify that the closest entrance to the lobby is on Justo Sierra Ave. (also known as Calle 8), as the hotel has two entrances. Nevertheless, as we needed to be at the Tren Maya station 30 minutes before departure (scheduled precisely at 07h00), we were unable to profit of the complementary breakfast, as we left the hotel a little before 6h00.

The hotel is about 2 blocks from the walled city, which allows you to easily visit the whole downtown without the need of further transportation. Actually, if you arrive to Campeche city via the Tren Maya, the hotel is at a short 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station's shuttle bus stop—located in front of the CAMPECHE colorized letters; the ride from the Tren Maya station to the colorized letters is about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic. There is also an OXXO 24/7 convenience store half a block before entering the old downtown. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable, there was not a strong water pressure on the shower, but enough to take a relaxing shower. Closet space is also generous and the TV has Roku, which I know for some people is a great plus ^^
