The hotel was bigger than it seemed, the room was cozy. I liked the free breakfast that was included, it was delicious. The pool was nice because it was heated! Close walking distance to other businesses.

Cleaning job is not too good, you need to ask for change of towels. There was out of water for three hours.

It’s located right on the Main Street of Rosarito. It’s 5 minutes to the beach and shoppings for food, gas are pretty convenient.

I was charged 6 dllrs for a dirty towel!. They are suppossed to clean it. All I did was put it on the floor in the shower so I wouldn't slip. They told me they can't wash it off and after I explained, they said there was a different floor towel I was supposed to use. The stains were clearly dirty from the floor, no chemicals, makeup or anything. I ended up paying because I didn't want to make a big deal. They showed me the towel in the reception claiming "they tried to remove the stains". That part was honestly dissapointing.

I liked the location and that it is walking distance from different places. I liked the breakfast. I enjoy my stay because it was simple.

The reception staff had horrible customer service. I can say friendly and inviting was not there strength at all. The Restaurant was atrocious there were 2 hr wait to be seated and after being seated another 30 min to an hour to take your order we ended up leaving to a restaurant across the street from the hotel.

The location and hotel were as advertised. Nice and clean place the cleaning people and the security were very nice.

The bathroom had some smell coming from the drains, we just kept the bathroom closed, and it was fine. Beds were small for doubles, I wouldn't put 2 adults in one bed unless you really like to cuddle! It would have been nice to have an outlet and a smaller lamp accessible from the nightstand.

The room was comfy, and had AC, which isn't needed most of the time, but is super nice to have. Pillows had some volume, which I love! Breakfast was much better than budget hotels in the US, and portions were huge. The chilaquiles with red sauce were our favorite. Breakfast wasn't included for the kids, but the kids menu breakfast was well under 10 usd. and would've been plenty of food for most adults.

Location is about 5 min from the center. Does not seam far until you walk at night or multiple times a day to the center (it was safe). You definitely can hear the street noise, cars. If I stay here again I would ask to stay in the inside even if I don’t have a balcony. Our room was right on top of the hotel bar and can definitely hear it. After a couple of days your brain gets used to it but I would have not mind if it was not there.

Clean, staff, value, the bed was super comfortable, we like the shower it was spacious and the water didn’t go outside the shower like a lot of showers in Mexico. Safe area would definitely stay again. Posted TikTok video of the room #dreamcometrueviews #delmarinn

shower is out dated and some of the grout inbetween the tiles are dark and need to be replaced. bathroom fan was very loud when in use and needs to be replace as well. A table lamp would have been nice, All lites are in the cielings.
