United StatesI travel with my sister,she uses a walker,and can barely climb stairs, I called and asked if they have an elevator,they said yes,but never mentioned it wasn't working(has not worked in years, according with staff) the front desk person...(Sergio) Was very rude,several times. Marcos and Lucy were such a great people and very helpful,always eager to help.

United StatesAll of the hotel noise can be heard in the room. You could hear the staff singing early in the morning to guests dining until 11 which is closing. Throughout the night you will hear a very loud blind pedestrian crosswalk chirp.
It was in a good location. A lot of attractions were walking distance. The restaurant Chai was good.

United StatesThe elevator didn't work, no problem, except the stairs and hallway were really dark. The front desk was not always helpful, sometimes even surly. The concierge was non-existent. Rooms were smaller than expected. No way to heat water, such as coffeemaker.
The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, excellent coffee. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean. Nice location near the University and the Historic District. Easy to get places. Nearby restaurants were great

GermanyWe stayed Friday to Sunday and our hotel room was extremely noisy. We live in a city normally so are used to street noise. However, there is a restaurant underneath (with no seperation between the hallway and the guest rooms) which made it impossible to sleep in. Also there was noise until midnight. This is not a hotel you should choose if you want to relax in the room a bit or a light sleeper, but ok if you are out and about until late. Personally, I didn't feel very welcome either. The Restaurant seems more important to this business.
The room was nice and tidy, very clean. The hotel is in at an excellent location in the centro within walking distance to nice restaurants and the main sights.

United StatesThe room I booked was overlooked the street side and there are 2 bars on the same block. Unfortunately, you can hear the music and bar fights from across the street into the early hours of the morning. I recommend using sleep sounds to muffle the noise.
The hotel is in walking distance from the historic center, stores, restaurants, banks and shops. Chai is the cafe restaurant downstairs it has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a nice buffet spread on the weekends for breakfast-brunch. They also have an a la carte menu with a variety of foods, cafe drinks and bar options to satisfy most. The hotel staff I encountered were helpful they carried up my luggage to my room, fixed an issue I had with the tv reception, brought my order to my room and towels when requested. The restaurant staff was friendly, as well.
