I wasn’t aware the room did not have AC, it only had a fan. The room was extremely hot We were unable to charge our cell phones, the outlet did not work.

It’s so close to the center of Rosarito! Staff are friendly & safe place to park as well. Breakfast is also free for guests.

There was no hot water in the shower. The towels were not completely dry. There was no name to identify the hotel anywhere outside the building. They're parking garage had trash such as old furniture.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean.

My wife didn't like the dirty carpet in the room, I didn't like all the construction that seemed to have been stopped and left incomplete, but it really didn't bother me. The thing I really didn't like the most was the parking situation. There's not enough parking. I left for several hours and when I got back, the limited underground parking was all filled up, and I had to park on the street. Good thing the staff kept an eye on my pickup truck overnight.

The close proximity to the beach is what I liked most. The staff were very nice. But the hotel has a lot of construction going on and the carpet was dirty in our room. I didn't have a problem with the carpet, but my wife did. I loved the view and again, the staff were very nice people. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely do it again.

The hotel was a decent price, picture look good when booking the hotel, when we got there I was not nothing like the pictures.

It says free breakfast, we ended up having to pay for it. We didn’t get vouchers. Bedroom sheets were damp and the light didn’t turn on between the beds.

The parking was full and we had to park in an outside dirt lot, we got there at around 8.30 pm, the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our bags from the dirt lot to the lobby (inside only one elevator was working). Went to the restaurant for dinner, they gave us our meals “to go” because they were going to close and we couldn’t stay (there was a boxing match in TV and there were many patrons still at the restaurant) Only two large towels in the bathroom, no hand or floor towel, no extra covers or anything to help with the cold at night, no ac or heat, no telephone in the room so you couldn’t call for extra towels or bed covers. Stains in the room carpet, mold in the shower. The hotel definitely needs urgent renovations and fixing up.
