The bathroom was clogged, and I had to flush multiple times with a bucket full of water to finally flush all. We put paper on the trash can but, for some reason, was clogged since we arrived at the hotel.

Some concierge service at front desk. Handling luggage for seniors. We expect to tip for that. I know its a hotel for mostly Mexican tourists but knowing that there service for handicapped people makes a huge difference. Some sort of information board in English for surrounding area like restaurants would be helpful.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Room a bit small for moving around in. The continental breakfast was very good, excellent coffee. The location was key and was very grateful considering I had never been there before. Sadly the pictures on bookings.com regarding the rooms did not match what we got. That was disappointing but overall we really enjoyed our stay there because the staff was very kind. The two restaurants down the street across from hotel were excellent.

Entry door needed to be pulled up in order for it to properly close, and no hooks in the bathroom.

The location, value and staff of the Hotel was excellent. The pool and yard were very clean and well maintained. However, the room was a bit tight, and the door had to be pulled up for the latch to engage. Overall, our stay at Estancia Real was great.

The staff cannot speak English. You need to have a Translator app installed in your phone if you don't know Spanish. The pool area (even the outdoor sitting area) gets off limits after 9pm. So if you want to hangout with your friends within the hotel, you need to be inside the room.

The location of the property was great. It is withing walking distance to many restaurants and the marina beach. About 1.6km walk (has uphill) to reach the beach and about 10 minutes walk to the marina. The staffs were very friendly and was happy to help but since they don't know English, it is hard to let them know of your requests.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Didn't really like the Mexican style breakfast.

Location close enough to walk downtown or to go to beaches. Pool was nice and not crowded. Clean. Decent value.

A little rough around the edges, they cleaned it and all but like kinda moldy in bathroom, water stains on the roof, stained pen marks on the bedding. Free breakfast is a banana and bun

Rooms and beds are not that nice! I had to call maintenance twice, one to fix the a/c and the second to fix the safety box!
