Internet WIFI access is VERY slow, especially when there are many guests. Finding parking space can be a serious problem overnight because of all those contractors parking their work vehicles. Free breakfast includes only continental selection - Eggs extra. Location is not close to either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo. The hotel combines Express and Suites, which can be confusing to know where to go for the lobby and dining

Modern, clean hotel with modest decorations. It is well suited for business travelers and those who don't seek frills. Parking is free on premise. The staff is nice especially those in the hotel dining area and housekeeping. Hotel has a pool. Price is good. No ice machines on floors

They had a problem to deliver our room, it was really late and they overbooked, which let us wait to sleep. Breakfast is not enough unless you paid an extra for it. Room was kind of dark, which doesn't help if you need to work.

My friend drove me to the hotel so it wasn’t a problem for me, but the location is a little bit inconvenient if I needed to go there by myself.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the yogurt at the breakfast buffet. Would come back.

The hotel was very difficult to find on my first day and also quite difficult to get to. I rented a car and had to search quite a while to find it. The location was not to my liking. I was too far from downtown to consider walking there (there were major highways to cross) and there were not many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had a small bar and cafe with limited choices, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tacos, etc. Because I had a car I was able to travel around and sample some other local restaurants.

On my third day there I was informed that the cold breakfast options were free but there was a charge for hot breakfasts. It was nominal but I wish they would have had some signage. I was given hot breakfasts w/o charge before and it was embarrassing to know that I should have been paying for them. The cold breakfast options were very good, though. Yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk (including lactose-free), Mexican breads, cold ham slices and cheese slices, lettuce and tomato. On the plus side, it was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff works tirelessly to keep it that way. The room I was in was small but functional and the shower was a good size. Other than New Year's night it was a pretty quiet place.

I didn’t like the included breakfast. It has zero vegetables included and more protein like eggs or different types of ham should be added.

I like that it was really clean and comfortable and everything was really calm. The pool was warm and alone almost all the time which makes it a great experience.

The breakfast pictures are not the same shown in the booking. There wasn’t even a toaster. The staff lacked basic customer service skills. It is a very expensive hotel for not offering a better breakfast (they want you to buy a buffet for $21, which isn't worth it; I never saw anyone eat it). The pool wasn’t clean, as we saw bugs in it.

The restroom smelled bad (like pipe). They didn’t change the bath mat or the hands towel (if they did, they have stains that look dirty). In the first floor, the food service starts putting the buffet around 5 am waking you up with a cart (they don’t mind doing it with the slightest silence). EVERY DAY; I stayed 4 nights and they woke me daily. The day I was leaving, the only one I could rest, the room service knocked the door at 8 am. And the pillows are very old so they are not comfortable.

No fridge. It's a difficult location to find and get to especially at night since it's only accessible from off ramp lane going west. If you miss the off ramp you need to go all the way to the next turn around ramp and do it all over again. Bed was comfortable and clean but the pillows could be better. Came to 170$ cad but really worth no more 120$ given location and amenities. Room is quite small. It's good place for in and out

We needed just one night to sleep and go to airport the next day. I booked it while parked on side of road because reviews were good. Check in was easy. Room was 222 and clean and ready. Easy check out. The ac controls were a bit confusing and needed to play with it until I got it. No ac remote. Room us small but sufficient lighting and double blinds.

tucked behind another building . Taxis and Uber driver did no know where this hotel was located. I did not see a snack bar or a convenience store close by . if there was a a bar or some sort of eatery where was it located? The front staff did not give too much info about the hotel in detail. The wi-fi was very slow and did not work too well. All I can say is that the cleaning staff were excellent in keeping the hotel as clean as they could . I will probably not stay at this hotel again for the reason of location and no amenities.
