Very comfortable room, excellent bed, nice appointments in the room. We also liked the restaurant downstairs; and the hotel is in the absolute center of San Luis Potosí, near museums, great restaurants, shopping, etc.

That we couldn't stay in SLP longer than we did. Beautiful city!!

The service was excellent. Their parking lot is about 2 blocks away but it's secure and locked at night. Staff was super nice and professional. Would most definitely stay here again!!

My only quibble would be the lack of a coffee maker in the room. This was the first hotel on this trip that didn't supply one. The breakfast at the hotel was more expensive than just going out for breakfast. But nice to have the coffee in the hotel.

Can't beat the location, the hotel is located right in the historical center, super close to beautiful squares surrounded by historical buildings, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The room was clean and super quiet. The terrace has a beautiful view!

I think having staff speaking English in front desk would be a great help for guest like us who did not learned Spanish sadly .May be English menu and more salad options .having a fridge and coffee maker in the room make a different even if is extra to pay.

we loved the location ,but having the nice corner room with wrap around balcony meant putting up with music and people noises till 4 am from Fri on. Our best part was the staff kindness, Carlos was our savior ,unfortunately we do not speak enough Spanish to get by ,so if was not because of Carols ,for sure we would have had a different experience. I wish having staff speaking English in front desk would be a great help for guest like us who did not learned Spanish sadly .

The restaurant closed earlier than the posted time, it would have been nice if you did not have to unload from the street. But other than that things where great.

Thank you so much. My mom and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. Some highlights include the fantastic customer service, getting to the hotel very late after the kitchen was closing and allowing us to order food. Also, I asked for reliable and strong internet, and your hotel delivered! This was so important because I was working virtually Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. I never had an issue with the internet. This was a huge concern of mine, and everything went so well. Last but not least, the facilities are so colonial and beautiful. Great location downtown and relaxing stay. Thank you City Centro!!

A bit expensive but it is very close to the Cathedral so it is ok. Breakfast is not included in the price even though it is pricey and there is a restaurant on site. The swimming pool was under maintenance and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. The key card didn’t work until the last day. I finally didn’t have to trouble anyone to let me into my room . Communication with the hotel is quite poor . The responses after emailing the questions using Booking.com platform took days. It wasn’t prompt enough for me. The hotel picture shown in Booking is not accurate. The reason why I reserved the corner room with balcony was the small table, a sofa and a sofa for one person. When I check in to the room, there weren’t t . Apparently there is only 1 room with this amenity . Thanks to Janet. I was able to change to the room with the sofa.

# 1 : The staff was fantastic. Janet was very helpful, along with the guy in the restaurant. Janet offered the use of microwave in the kitchen. The guy in the restaurant heated it up for us. We used the microwave oven twice. Thanks for allowing us to use it. The butler at the door even took us to a store where we could buy water. #2 : Very high ceiling. I look it. #3 : The room lighting is very sufficient to read. The room was quiet despite being in the centro area. #4 : The terrace on the top floor is so beautiful . We used it for lunch. There is another outside seating area on the 5th floor terrace. There were pictures that showed what it was like before the remodeling which I really like. #5 : The location is great. It is close to everything and there are restaurants nearby. #6 : WiFi, shower, lights all worked well. Room was clean daily. #7 : free use of the bike but we didn’t use it because the streets are quite narrow in the city center. Definitely I won’t hesitate to stay in this hotel again.
