When we got to the hotel and saw the place we decided not to stay there and cancelled the reservation because the pictures where from a different location. They don't have an indoor pool and the rooms look completely different from the ones on the app

From the first impression of the hotel, the smell was weird. The room had a smell of humidity. The bathroom was not 100% clean, especially the shower. The carpeted room was completely wet, due to rain, and they had no option to change it and getting clean towels was also a headache.

The food and location was okay.

Fix the WIIFI!

I reviewed this place 6 months ago and it was aweful. I can see that many of the issues we encountered have been dealt with . A surprising and pleasant surprise . WIFI still sucks but many of the other maintenance issues have been repaired. Some Gringos may find the presence of about 30 federal police gathered in the lobby every morning to dispatch for the day a bit intimidating but with us travelling with all our stuff in the car in the underground parking lot., I was happy to see them there. Certainly felt secure and they are very friendly, On site restaurant is quite good.

You have a very bad receptionist whose name is Noemi. She was very rude, since the minute i got down to check in.she was very unkimd and unpolite, had us move our vehicle when otheres where there all we were doing was checking in and leaving nothing elses. We'd appreciate Mrs Alicia Vargas does something about this situation. My spanish is not my first language and she was never kind to explain what she was ordering me to do. Supwr disappointed.

I visit Monterrey every month and this is the place i always stay.

Carpet smells old and wet in every flor. The first time a few months ago it was more clean we had enough towels in room. These next times we visited, not even the beds meet cleanings standards!

It's very old inside. They didn't provide any type of bath rug, didn't have hand towels or wash clothes. The phone didn't work in the room. We asked for more towels at 5p and they came knocking at our door at 1040pm, which is totally unacceptable!! Shower was old and didn't have much of a spray. Would not recommend or stay again!

The toilet in the room didn’t work the water kept over flowing and after notifying the staff for several days they finally fixed it on our last day. We were also told we would have free complimentary breakfast. But every morning we were charge to eat. And getting extra towels was always a hassle.

Half of the screws for the door latch were stripped. Sink faucet leaked. The shower leaked and water ran into the closet, which was several feet away. Only 2 bath towels and floor mat. No wash cloths or hand towels. Pillows were very lumpy and small, not comfortable to sleep on. Ice bucket had trash in it.

Do not stay in this hotel—the pictures advertised aren't even from this location, as confirmed by the receptionist; The rooms are extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and dirty, with furnishings literally falling apart. Our bed was covered in stains, and the towels provided were visibly dirty and discolored. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
