CanadaThe hotel does not have enough pool loungers (about 20). Guests were going out as early as 5am to reserve a lounger and then holding them all day even if not using them. A daily lounger competition is not relaxing when on vacation. Also, our wifi was very spotty for 3 out of 4 days. Many guests were in the lobby using the wifi there. Also, we did not have hot water one day and it took a few complaints to resolve. Finally, our bathroom had a bad spell even though it was cleaned daily.
Great location on the beach, the property is beautiful with a great selection of well-kept plants around the pool. The included breakfast is very good with a good number of choices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Most rooms have a beach view and patio or balcony. Suites are spacious and clean.

Location. Restaurant and bar prices were good. I exñected high but they were surpisingly affordable. I would say lower than in Puerto Vallarta where I live.
