Everything was wonderful

This is the cutest boutique hotel ever! By far the best place we stayed in Yucatan. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast is huge, fresh and brought directly to your table. Dinner was included and delicious and it was great to have a choice of pasta as well as local food. The gardens are lush and tropical and the rooms beautiful, spacious colonial style with tall ceilings. You are right in the centre of town but it feels like a little oasis. Free secure parking is an added bonus too. Wish we could have stayed for longer.

Pool slightly bigger

Right in the centre of town, clean and comfortable and given an early breakfast so we could get to Chichen Itza. Dinner was included and it was lovely.

I liked everything.

The place is like a beautiful colonial house! Outside you only see a door and once you get it it’s a whole different world. The rooms are big and comfortable and the food is really good! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The room is lovely and they had even decorated it with petals for our Honeymoon. Breakfast was delicious - dinner is also included but we had had a late lunch (at Conato which was fantastic), the menu is a little odd but may be delivious as well!

Perfect location. So central. We stayed for 3 nights & received a delicious 3-course breakfast every morning at a time that suited us for our tours/departure. Staff were so sweet & helpful.

Hotel in a very nice colonial mansion with a nice garden. The room a little dated, but with all the comforts. Good breakfast. Simple but acceptable dinner. I recommend this structure.

The hotel is in the center of the very nice Valladolid, a 5 min walk from cenote Zaci and 5min from the ADO bus station. The staff is very nice and helpful, the hotel is gorgeous, the room was perfect and I recommend the dinner and of course the lovely breakfast served in the garden.

The bed could be more comfortable... Pillows and mattress quite hard. The cleaning was not incredible either.

Very exotic environment, with a big room with fridge and free water - each is a plus in Mexico. The breakfast is a bonus. Very homemade delicacies and awesome coffee. Very good location, near restaurants, shops, centre, ice cream and the cenote!

Everything was great. It rained the day we were there, so we could not have breakfast in the garden.

This place rocked. It was beautiful. It had a great home feeling and a fantastic garden. The rooms were a good size, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and kind. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well-proportioned. This was a highlight for us.

Nothing that comes to mind, we liked EVERYTHING!

The staff is amazing, they treat you as part of their family - the personal approach is really amazing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the very colourful design makes you feel on holiday straight away! Breakfast is amazing and served as a three-course menu!

The location is very good, the accommodations are lovely. My friend is an artist and we both really enjoyed the design and decor, a lot of effort and time has been put it into it, it is really like staying in a beautiful colonial ranch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast but what we like the best were the people: Teresa, the owner and Tere, the recepcionist, Jesus and everyone who made our stay a beautiful and memorable experience. They also advised us on an excursion that we took with Carlos from Valladolid Taxi that was impeccable, timely, friendly and knowledgeable. ***

Absolutely nothing.

The garden was lovely and gave us room to sit and read. Because it was VERY hot, we enjoyed the 2 plunge pools. The staff were amazing.
