Not so much dislike - however the breakfast appeared to be fresher on Monday morning as opposed to Sunday morning.

The room and most importantly the bed was Very comfortable (and I am hard to please!). The location is perfect, just about a 10 minute walk to Paseo de Montejo so very convenient to numerous dining options and shopping. The pool was lovely.

This hotel was AMAZING! Beautiful rooms, fantastic pool. The staff was helpful (arranging rides, taking in laundry) and our room was cleaned daily. The wait staff was friendly, as was the bartender. Don't hesitate to book this lovely hotel.

This is a stunningly, beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent. Everything was so clean and quiet.

A few areas needing improvement meaning I can't give 5 stars. The hotel had no ironing board, regularly ran out of pool towels and offered no alternative milks at breakfast. These are all easy fixes and would have made our stay perfect!

Magical place in which we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We stayed in the Isabella room on the ground floor which was great. I'd definitely recommend to others.

The water pressure for the shower was quite low - at least in our room (which was in the upper level). Moreover, I would suggest slightly heating to the pool so you can use it after the sunset.

The only downsides are the location is not lovely and the price wasexpensive.

You enter a different world when you step inside the door to Palacito Secreto. The interior is a lovely oasis and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast and coffee were very good. The beds are comfortable.

The hot water ran out after filling up the bathtub.

We loved our stay at el Palacito. Once you cross the lobby it feels like you are in a different place, it is really peaceful with the trees and the fountain sounds on the background. Looks like each room is unique, we stayed at the Isabella room and really liked it, there is a big bathtub besides the shower. The included breakfast is pretty good: fruit, pancakes, coffee, and a entrée of your choice. The bed was huge and very comfortable

It really is a secret palace, once you enter the building it is so beautiful and special! The décor is immaculate, everything is very clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. Very instagramable location. Beds are very comfortable, the entire room is cozy and you have everything you need. The breakfast is also delicious! Pool is refreshing.

I wish the curtains were a little thicker. Room could be sunny in the morning as well as outdoor lights. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

from arrival to departure the El Palacito Secreto team was very warm and welcoming, with plenty of suggestions to my inquires. the decor is lovely and full of detail, I walked the grounds admiring all the thought that was put into making this hotel so special. I stayed up stairs in suite Natalia and it was spacious and comfortable bed Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of options for a hot meal. There is a coffee/ tea and water station next to a great seating area to lounge at. also a full bar where yummy cocktails are being crafted. I highly recommend and will be back
