If you plan to use Nespresso machines in room, bring your own capsules. They are rather stingy and don’t carry enough.

The hotel staff is very attentive and genteel. Most do not speak English clearly, but make an effort to please. It’s close to some good restaurants and easy to walk into Centro. Breakfast is generous but coffee is not very good. They have drivers available when needed.

the drilling and banging started before 7am and continued for hours : we discovered this was from the property next door but it went on for the time we were there : they did offer to move us but as only there for another day and had unpacked decided to bear with it The staff were very apologetic and there was nothing they could do: to be honest I was up anyway, but if this was a romantic break or if you like a long-lie then may want to check with the staff that the work has been completed

me and my friend had a great time and the hotel was wonderful : the location was super central and the saff went out of their way to be helpful. The interior aesthetic was stunning

The hotel was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit outside of the main area with attractions in a part of town with crumbling buildings. To make up for distance disadvantage, the hotel offered free taxi within a certain radius. We never used the service as it appeared cumbersome to arrange. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast apart from the thin coffee was great. The room was quiet but small.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive. We had had a bad Airbnb experience and they immediately showed us a number of rooms, allowed us to pick the best one for us out and sent a driver for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable, great showers, sweet turn down with sweets, yummy breakfast as well. We felt like part of a family in a positive way while being there, a very special crew and place😊 the location is perfect as it is close to everything but a quiet street.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and helps out with whatever is needed. Free transportation around town is a great bonus. Rooms are very comfortable, combining a Oaxacan charm with perfectly-situated amenities. Location is great too. Within walking distance of town center while being in a neighborhood just away from tourists. Feels very safe. Walked home at night many times. Rarely have I encountered such a wonderful set-up where I felt both at home and taken care of. Thanks to wonderful staff. Will be back.

Our stay at Casa Naila was nothing short of exceptional! The location is fantastic, making it the perfect base to explore Oaxaca. The room was stunning—beautifully designed, equipped with high-tech amenities, and stocked with top-quality toiletries. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff deserves a million stars! They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is unforgettable, offering excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining. My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Oaxaca, and there’s no question—we’ll be rebooking with Casa Naila. Highly recommended!

Very little, the room was a little noisy at times because the style of all the hotels in Oaxaca is rooms set around a central courtyard and ours was near the reception. I would encourage the hotel to replace the window in the bathroom with an extractor fan to limit the need to open the window and resulting noise.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including helping me out finding emergency dental treatment (and driving me to it). The location was great; a couple of blocks out from the centre of Oaxaca which made it a little quieter from road traffic. The room was lovely and modern and the roof terrace was cute - also the barman made the best mezcalitas we tasted in Mexico!

The location was perfect a few minutes away from the action but in a more quiet part of town. It’s a brand new property and we had a nice room in the back far from the street.

Not a lot of public space to use outside of the rooms and the rooms don't have much other than a bed and dresser. Our larger room only had one chair to sit on. But the place was very nicely newly renovated , tasteful and very clean. Large spacious bathroom too. .

Jasmine the day Manager was a highlight, she is extra friendly, helpful and attentive!! Hotel staff overall were friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides car service to and from the airport as well as in the city limits for free. a big bonus.

It would be helpful if they extended their food service to give guests the alternative to have dinner or even maybe lunch in the premises.

The hotel was beautiful but what was really outstanding was the staff, all of them. They made our stay memorable. My daughter wad the flu and stayed mainly in the room, and she was taken care of :) Staff went the extra mile.
