If possible to keep the pool running, especially when there is too much sargassum on the shore and the sea is not enjoyable! We used the pool anyway but it would have been better to feel the water a little more to be able to reach the filter

Casa Kay is a PARADISE! The property was all what we needed: simple, furnished and on the beach! Isolated from the crowd, it gives you the space to reconnect and enjoy the sea!the kitchen has everything to cook a meal, and was perfect since Casa Kay is a little far from groceries or restaurants. Riger was bringing us some coconuts and that was very appreciated! The pool, even if small, was perfect when the sargassum started to be too much.

Simple apartment, just by the beach. Kitchen is equipped for cooking. Owner provided solt, cooking oil and pepper. quiet location, beach not crowded. Very decent place, no shops and restaurants. Beach is nice, good entrance, no rocks. Very clean. Staff speaks english. Good value of money for such place.

Fantastic location on beautiful, safe, quiet beach! (almost none seaweed). Good communication with a host (clear instructions how to reach apartment). 30 min drive from Cancun airport. Apartment is simple, but well equipped and clean. Air condition is working properly.

The location was exactly has described on Booking. It sits next to the beach and this was wonderful! The beach is cleaned every day and easy for swimming. There are nice transats and you can watch the emerald sea under the shadow. There is an external shower to clean after bad in the small swimming pool. Our habitation was very luminous and comfortable with large sliding doors equipped with mosquito nets so that we didn’t need to use the air conditioning at night. Also a very quiet place. The terrace is great for relaxing under the shadow provided by the coconut trees. We loved this place.

The location is a bit remote, but that's exactly what we were looking for!

Location was beachside! It was literally steps to the shoreline. We loved looking out at the beautiful blue ocean waves crashing on the beach right off our balcony. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves was amazing. Our host Ana was very attentive to our needs. She was lightening quick to respond to all of our needs and inquiries.

The place doesn’t have signs or an official location o google maps, which makes it harder for transfers/transport to find you. Anna was as helpful as possible, but even sharing instructions with drivers I struggled a bit. Be mindful that Ubers do not get there and you need to buy everything you need because there’s nothing around

Anna is super responsive and ready to help, the apartment is small but equipped in a quiet location. If you want peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you

This is a secluded stretch of the beach and we felt like we had it all to ourselves. Apart from the others renting nearby houses, there was nobody around, which feels a bit surreal now after having been to Tulum. Ana was very lovely and super helpful, making this the perfect place to relax and soak up the caribbean

We had a great stay at Anna’s place . It is a beautiful beach front,immaculately clean and a perfect location but you need the car. I would book again. Anna was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Highly recommended!

The building overall could use some rework. It's not good-looking compared to others in the area. Sargassum seaweed is each night washed ashore. Nearby properties each morning would clean their beach sides, but, at least during our stay, Casa Kay didn't. The pool is shallow and small. The shower was decent but rather small and water pressure was low.

The apartment is spacious, with a large bed and a large, well-furnished kitchen that comes in very handy, since there aren't nearby places where to eat. Air conditioning is working fine and the large windows all come with mosquito nets. The location is wonderful, right next to the beach, which is accessible only to the people staying at the local residencies, so it's basically private.

The location and the beach are amazing! If your wish is to escape the chaos and relish in nature and tranquility, then this is the perfect destination. The hostess is welcoming and friendly. Despite the hotel's apparent age, the apartments are clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The only improvement needed is the provision of a designated area for drying swimsuits and other items. We've observed a common issue with this aspect in Cancun's hotels (Yucatan). Thank you! Our time here has been the most enjoyable during our stay on the Riviera Maya.

The air conditioner was located right over the head of the bed. It worked great and didn't make a lot of noise but personally I never like having a cool breeze blowing on me at night. I made a deflector out of cardboard which worked fine.

The location felt very safe (inside a closed gate). I left my computer in the room while away and did not worry at all about someone entering. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach. We pretty much had it to ourselves. Granted maybe we got lucky and other properties were not booked that weekend. Really enjoyed that the TV had access to Netflix. I also want to add that Ana who I believe is the host was very helpful getting me checked in early on the first day and also got extra towels sent up to the room and asked if we needed anything else. Very reassuring having her phone number and also that she could speak English. Lastly I believe the location is super. It's about 25 minutes south of the airport and about 20 minutes north of Playa de Carmen.
