Since our room which had a cute balcony was facing the road and there was some event with loud music across the road, it was noisy till about midnight which disturbed our sleep one night but otherwise it was an excellent experience. They even offerred to change our room but we did not want to move all our luggage.

The Staff was very helpful. Location is brilliant. Our room and bathroom was very spacious.

Amazing location, incredible charm, thoughtful touches. The Rosetta breakfast (and being able to order from the menu) was incredible, and they were able to arrange spa services in-room. They were so kind to set up a few breakfast items for us early, too, as we had an early flight that meant we left before the official start of breakfast!

This place was amazing! The staff was super kind and always attentive! The fact they have rossetta pastries in the morning was a huge plus! And if they didn't have a pastry you wanted, they would fetch it for you within 20 minutes. Fantastic location, beautiful, and comfortable.

Felt like being in a treasured apartment building with services. Location was excellent. The urge to order more each breakfast from Panaderia Rosetta downstairs was real!

The only minor criticism is the sound proofing in the bedroom was not the best. Fortunately the hotel itself is very quiet.

The spiral staircase is beautiful however tricky to navigate at night.

Breakfast was delicious and the entire staff was extremely helpful and very nice to deal with! From recommendations to helping with anything we needed. Would highly recommend staying at Casa Izeba. The neighborhood is awesome and perfect for dining, shopping and sightseeing. It’s a home run all the way around!! Run don’t walk to stay at this gem of a hotel !!

The bed could’ve been a tad more comfortable and high quality, and also the room a bit less noise sensitive to the traffic outside.

Staff was so incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating. Felt very peaceful and safe, and centrally located to Roma Norte. Common spaces were beautiful and cozy!

A fantastic place to stay in Mexico City. We were welcomed by the owners and a young staffer (who was so friendly and helpful). Great breakfast each morning, coming from Panadería Rosetta ( incredible). Rooms were cozy, elegant , we had a blast throughout our stay. Thank you for a great experience , we highly recommend it!

Very minor: would like full door on closet instead of half sliding door.

We were on the top floor and looked out into lovely trees with birds and an occasional squirrel. No elevator, but doable. Nice rooftop sitting area. Staff wonderful. Pastries from the famous bakery next door a treat! Terrific location in Roma Norte. Peaceful. Private. Welcoming. Homey. Quiet.

Amazing location, with nearby restaurants and bars that were walking distance. The property itself is so well designed and decorated. Felt secure, cozy, and comfortable with plenty of space.
