Privacy is an issue: there is no sound-proofing, you can clearly hear people in their rooms and out in the hall. Perhaps that is a reason why there's no TV in the room. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Very nice location with a garden view, walking distance from the city center as well as restaurant corridor on the south side of town. Contactless check-in was fairly painless. Nice clean place, quick responses from respectful staff. Finding street parking was not too difficult.

There was hardly anyone at the reception desk. We were sent instructions to check in ourselves, but I was hoping to change the card I made my payment on at some other time. However, the only people we saw there were the cleaning staff. The rooftop was locked most of the weekend. I felt for the price paid, I would have liked to have someone working reception.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space and nice decor. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with many beautiful buildings. It was nice to explore this area.

Check in was a bit difficult as the directions were not clear on how to access the combination lock Would have liked a mirror in the general area and not just the bathroom.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Although it was the only thing I disliked about this wonderful little spot it is kind of a big deal when you can’t get a good night’s sleep.

This is a clean, quiet well located hotel with a top notch staff.

My only complaint was that nobody told me how to get into the building. There was a code but no instructions on how to use it. If I had arrived at night I would have been locked out. Fortunately I knocked on the door and someone Answered it.

Shower not hot. Room should be made up every day without asking. Absence of staff on arrival. Double occupancy should mean 2 keys.

Location good for our needs. Rooms bright and good window size. Rooms nicely and simply furnished. Text response from Hotel was good especially if Cesar was on duty.

Escribí solicitando mi factura de estancia y el hotel nunca respondió, un excesivo autoservicio que nunca hubo personal a quien solicitarle mi factura fiscal por la estancia. I requested my accommodation invoice in writing, but received no response. The excessive self-service meant there was never any staff available to handle my tax invoice request.

Con tato autoservicio no se puede responder esto, cuando uno va de fin de semana o placer espera un poco de recepción. With such a self-service approach, it's hard to get any proper assistance. When travelling for a weekend or leisure, one expects at least some level of reception and personal attention.

My second time staying here. I appreciate the uncluttered space, functionality, and neutral colors through the room. Very relaxing and calming space. Water bottles upon your arrival.

no tv in room. shower curtain too short so bathroom was a mess Incorrect code for hotel given.Had to make several calls. 1st night we were in a completely empty hotel which is a bit eerie for 2 women. There is no staff at the hotel except the housekeeper.

Fun opening doors to find our room....especially the two naked heavily bearded men I "interrupted" and promptly got the hell out of there and put everything back in the driver's car to head to a legitimate hotel. Do not go there under any circumstances....DUMP! Dump! Dump!

Nothing. It was an unmanned box. Code to enter was not emailed me until day of check in and I was in flight and had no idea I had to have a code. Stairs were so steep there was zero way to get luggage up three flights. Took almost half hour to get the person" on the phone to buzz us in. Looked like something out of "Whatever happened to Baby Jane". Doors with keys..Many rooms unmade...Looked like Brazilian "Love" Motel by the Hour. No way this is a "HOTEL".

The place is super updated, clean comfortable, nice, we got a room with lovely balcony, the staff super kind and they answer super fast, is you are okay walking this is the place for you but if you have family that don’t like to walk it’s better is you get something closer to the Main Streets.

No tissue. No hair dryer. Bare minimum of essentials. Shower head had to point out the window to prevent water all over the floor. Shower curtain made of cotton. Soaked up water. No rugs, no closet. It did have a bar and open shelves for clothes. Metal stairs to go up to rooms horribly noisy. I changed rooms because I couldn't bear the smell. I believe it was some sort of room deodorizer. I used the overhead fan at night but couldn't turn off the fan's light. I changed rooms. The only working lights were 2 sconses by the bed. Desk light didn't work. Fan didn't work. Good location. Room was large.

- no attentive reception or staff to address problems - toilet clogged and no plunger and no staff to help - was difficult to enter the hotel, they didn’t send us the code in time - there is no real baggage storage since there’s no reception

- great location next to a beautiful park - safe and relatively clean - comfortable bed - natural light with big window - hard working cleaning staff
