The breakfast was not very good.Cold over cooked eggs every day.There was nothing else to choose from and we were their 5 days.There were 6 of us that came down and we all had the same experience.

It was a very lovely place.the bed was extremely comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. We had initially booked for one night last minute, and ended up staying for seven! The staff was very friendly, and we’d especially like to thank Eduardo who was helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s very good and really fills you up! The restaurant is great as well — we loved the cocktails there. The room was clean, and we had access to the swimming pool, gym, and parking… nothing more to ask for! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a car and want to get to Oaxaca Center whenever you like.

Free breakfast had limited options. It was just eggs, fruit, and beans and you get 4 different options on how they cook your eggs. Everything else is ala carte, which can be quite expensive. We had dinner one time. Price was comparable to a restaurant but not as good. We paid for convenience, we were too tired to leave the hotel at that point.

Wifi was a little spotty at times, light shone from pool area into our room. A darker curtain there would be an easy fix.

Some of our personal belongings were stolen (a t-shirt and diapers from my kids). Also the free shuttle to the city center it wasn’t for free.

Almost everything. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, calm place and residential which is good to run away from noise of downtown. It is very comfortable, bed and shower are great, specially for me who loves strong water. There is a shuttle from hotel to downtown (~15min) and Elvis is the man in charge of that, what a good guy! There is also a small pool. Breakfast is good.

As with so many comments the breakfast is poor. Very little provided and extra charges.

Clean and good standard. A bit out of town so peaceful. Staff were very helpful. Lifts into and out of town provided which was a thoughtful touch.

The pool heating system was broken and the water was way too cold to swim in, the A/C in our room made a loud clicking sound that kept us awake, and breakfast took 55 minutes to be served. We had to ask the staff to supply us with water bottles almost every day. It was a bit frustrating do to the steep price.

We waited for more than 1,2 hour for our breakfast to arrive, which made us miss an appointment. We gave them the opportunity to compensate but they said they couldn't do anything for us. Missed opportunity!

The shower temperature was inconsistent. We had one actual hot shower for the duration of our stay and the remainder of our showers were lukewarm at best.

It is a cute place and very comfortable for the price paid. The attached restaurant is not amazing but it suffices for quick eats. The staff are super friendly and lovely. The small gym and sauna are also easy enough to use.

Not enough sunbeds at the pool and the location is not close to the city center and during our stay we felt unsafe since outside there was like a protest with a lot of buses and people with facemasks

My favorite part was that they washed your clothes at a very low cost not like other hotels where they charge you outrageous.

The communication from the staff, the way they greeted you properly nicely. Everything was very clean. Everyone was nice. I was asking if we needed anything. Very accommodating place. We would definitely stay here again.
