    Unfortunately we had a devastating experience with this stay. The check-in was fine, but then the show began. Firstly, the neighborhood is at best dead, at worst creepy. See the photo for how the seaview looks now. Then, WiFi suddenly dropped off, and shortly after that we found out that there was no hot water anywhere in the building. That's when we contacted the owner at 6 pm yet didn't hear from him (until 2 am). After two hours we contacted the Booking because none of the provided numbers worked and same no replies in WhatsApp or Booking. In Booking we've asked to shorten our stay and refund the nights that we didn't intend to stay. That was because the place started to uncover more and more subtle problems. They were the singing refrigerator that shook the house when turned on, mosquito nets with thumb-wide gaps, AC that couldn't be adjusted in a way that will not aim at the head, ceiling fan being as loud as a tractor and the least - leaky roof (thankfully only wet ceiling with no drops). After such a night experience we woke up hoping that perhaps the owner is on 'working hours' and will attempt to contact us somehow. Unfortunately, we simply heard that someone will come to see the water. Since we've decided not to continue at this place - we've repeated ourselves that we'd simply like to pay for one night and checkout early and part our ways. For that we did (!) receive a message that the owner is sorry and is willing to make a discount. Yet, instead of that, late second night we received a message from Booking(!) that the owner will send someone to fix the mentioned problems. So, it is already two nights without amenities. Luckily, we left early in the morning and never returned. The next day, magically, it turned out that there were no problems with the apartment since someone came and checked it! Yet, we still have made the proofs of the mentioned problems before leaving.
