Room floor was not clean when we arrived (had clumps of hair), chair was broken and I almost fell to the ground, there were hairs on the wall of the shower, etc....we talked to the staff and they took care of everything right away.

THE building, the location (walking distance to everything in Coyoacan) , the staff. THE terraces in the back yard (we ate breakfast out there everyday 🥰), the 24hr coffee/TEA bar (amazing), the delicious breakfast, the garage.......the feeling of coming home instead of a traditional hotel.

We were disappointed with the manager of the Hotel. He was a bit rude. Did not even say hi as we arrived. He was in the phone and did not even say hi. Even when he was done with the call , he did not even took a second to say hi or welcome us. We will not be back there ever again. It does not feel that he enjoys his work.

This was a nice property located close to the Center of Coyoacán. Nice room.

The shower was hard to get into (in the Gorilla room) and the beds were a little firm for my liking. But it was minor, really.

The staff was incredible. Gustavo treated us as if we were a guest in his home. It was really a special place. Breakfast came with our stay and it was really yummy. Also, coffee and drink bar was an amazing amenity!

The hotel is in a beautiful building with a lovely garden at the back that feels so peaceful - I even saw a hummingbird! My room, bathroom and balcony were enormous, bed was extremely comfy and all the facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect location for all the main sites in Coyoacán, and in a lovely quiet street. Staff were also really friendly and helpful.

Why does the door to the hallway have a gap below and above so you can hear everything happing in the hotel? Why does the staff show only interest in their mobile phones not the guests?

Despite being beautifully designed, our room (No.2) was dark all day long due to a large tree blocking any natural light. Breakfast options other than the Mexican menu (which was tasty as stated above) are extremely limited.

This hotel is in the best location 5-10 minutes walk from the market, Frida Kahlo Museum and within minutes of cafes and restaurants. We found it a great base for exploring Coyoacan, San Angel and Xochimilco. There are also 2 good shopping malls a short Uber ride away. The garden is a wonderful place to chill. We enjoyed the Mexican breakfast options.

The location is wonderful. The room, Gorilla, was spacious and so comfortable. Lovely balcony. Our only challenge was getting in and out of the shower. At 80 it is not easy to enter the high wall of the shower enclosure.

Breakfast options could have a little more variety.

Staff was exceptional in helping us get settled and helping us organize our trip to the airport, even accommodating our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Coffee machine in the lobby was constantly out of something - no water, no milk, need to empty grounds, etc. They took care of it as soon as you could find someone. And the water machine in the lobby was almost always out of water when we returned in the evening. Understandable, just be aware you should bring your own water if you don't want to drink tap.

Location was great, very quiet street and only 5 minute walk to the square or market. This is a very small hotel, only 7 rooms so nice and calm. Great terrace to relax on. Breakfast buffet was very limited and basic, however, the cook to order breakfast (3-4 options) was excellent (available 8:00-10:00) including fresh squeezed juice. The staff was excellent, very helpful!
