the breakfast is very local, but also confusing for Asian people.

the location is very central, and convenient. in cost, the noise of the vehicle would disturb those who go to bed before 22:00.

Room was very small, but functional. Issue was the nightclub next door. Noise was bearable if you wear earplugs. Room had no windows (inside courtyard)

Location EXCEPT for the proximity to a nightclub. Not a problem unless you are traveling with a young family. Shower was excellent, breakfast adequate, staff service also adequate, AC did the job

Breakfast was not good. Room was very dark with no windows to outside. Lots of steps to get in and out.

Was never able to connect to the WiFi. The staffs only answer was that there are WiFi extenders in every floor. After the third day only on of our keys worked. They staff kept giving us additional keys that never worked. On the last day none of the keys worked. There were only two towels in room and every time we asked for additional (2more) towels after our room was cleaned it was made a big deal and we had to sign something accepting responsibility for the additional towels. Our room came with a continental breakfast that while it looked good we preferred to go a la carte. The morning wait staff looked bothered by our request to sit in the restaurant every day.

The property is centrally located, clean, and good sized rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations. There are three really nice artisan stores right in front. Should you need there is also a pharmacy and Dr.’s office on the same block.

the hotel staff did not speak English very well and we had difficulty with comminication. there was construction going on next door. my key card would not work even after going back down to the lobby front desk for a new key and back to my room again. after the second time I had the front desk staff come help me but he couldn’t get my door to open either. somehow the workers next door were able to open my door with their cards. we ordered laundry service but it wasn’t done by the next day as they had promised. little things like this made our stay a little trying.

The breakfast is not good, if you don't go extremely early you will find almost nothing left. Some of the food is cold and you will need to ask them to get it in the microwave or something.

The room is comfy and clean, the AC works perfectly considering there are very few hotels with AC in the area. The staff is good, and the location is awesome.

Disco music on Saturday was awful. The air conditioner broke. The tour girl could suggest things to see in town.

The breakfast included with the room was not very good. I only ate there once, though my son enjoyed the hotcakes!

This hotel is centrally located and has wheelchair accessible rooms, including a wheelchair accessible bathroom (no walk-in shower) if you can get the right room. The staff are very accommodating and helped me with special circumstances that I had, arranging special transport for me in my wheelchair. I would definitely stay there again.

Noise, even it is stated I wasn’t able to understand there is a nightclub right next door with extremly load music until 3am. Also be aware the room is really small!

The rooms are on the small side. Also, it would be much better if the room had a fridge or available ice bucket to keep things cold.

We didn’t like the step up into the bathroom and step down to the exit door. It was marked, but not well at night. The stairs need to be lit better. The elevator wasn’t working, and the stairs are not well lit until night

Breakfast was ok, no variety from day to day. The location is super. So close to everything:zocolo, restaurants, etc.
