I was assigned a room in the north tower. Not really up to standards of the newer rooms. Quite a long walk up and down ramps to access it. Window partially obscured, and view was of the neighboring barrio.

As always, a nice stay adjacent to the airport. Breakfast buffet was splendid, if a bit pricey.

Exceptionally located across CDMX International Airport connected through its own bridge makes it a breeze to travel in/out of the city.

There was no hand soap and body soap, only shampoo. I wasn't sure if shampoo was the type that could be used as hand soap or body soap.

The room was clean and there was a direct walkway from the airport, so there was no need to worry about safety.

Perhaps one english speaking TV stations if that is even possible. Open the coffee shop a bit earlier for those early morning flights.

Food available after a late flight is a plus. Desk employees were helpful with my limited spanish. Staff were willing to store our luggage even after check out due to a late flight and the need to spend the day exploring the city. Location perfect for layovers.

The location is exceptional, just a 5-minute walk from the moment I picked up my bags to the hotel lobby. Easy to get there, no fuss. The hotel staff was great, extremely helpful, and the check-in process was simple, fast and easy. The hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hands down, I would use it again in the future.

There are many people that lounge in the lobby or bar area waiting for their flights which made it difficult if you actually wanted to sit and grab a drink at the bar and enjoy that offer.

Its location to the airport and how easy it is to simply catch a very early flight from there. They also have a ton of food options and their main restaurant is open basically all the time which allows for a constant food source.

I found strage that our tariff included 1 breakfast out of the 5 people staying, you either pay for the other 4 or miss out your included one or one has breakfast while the otheer look...? And it was not clear. Everytime I asked to different people they said diffrent things.

We stayed at the Club level and enjoyed the complimentary snack and drinks as well as the breakfast which both were way above our expectations. Price-Value therefore very good and perfect location for your first or last night in Mexico!

There's an off-putting smell of drainage/wastewater around the hotel and airport area that permeates into the room. The signage to find the hotel from the airport is poor. The staff seemed distracted. My Mom came to look for me the next morning and the staff told her There wasn't anyone staying with that name.

The location is extremely convenient especially if you're arriving late or have to catch a flight the next morning. Just a walk away from Terminal 2. The rooms are clean, modern and have the basics

Hotel is in an excellent location to the airport. attached to the main airport by a walkway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities in the hotel looked good. We were only using the hotel for a very short time between flights, so were unable to use them. The room was clean and adequate.

Reception team was not service oriented and diffident when I commented the process seemed slow -- in contrast Camino Real Polanco is super-attentive to arriving guests. Would not accept my Camino Real membership for points in their system since I booked via Booking.com. Also initially did not want to honor the breakfast included pricing, again apparently due to reception desk failure.
