They have things in constructions that kill the vibe, also the rooms are not very clean.

It’s clean, it’s maintained. The atmosphere feels very welcoming and they had a play ground for kids; that’s a plus! The night view is amazing because they added lights to their trees.

The bathrooms were a bit uncomfortable. There were no towels on the first day and the little fridge is locked by key and we weren't offered one. Minimal criticism as the overall experience was great.

Great location, lots of upgrades since the last time we went. The pool was amazing and the food at the restaurant was superb. Great breakfast too and overall good value.

There were a couple of different pools that we could use and they were both great. The rooms were nice,clean and quiet. The best part of the whole stay was the restaurant. This place is amazing. I can’t believe that it was not on 5th avenue in New York. A must go.

The only thing I did not enjoy was that the downstairs bedroom can hear everything from the upstairs, like when they were walking and taking a shower, but it wasn’t too big of a problem.

The property was beautiful, many photo opportunities. The spa was amazing! I like that they have restaurant and activity recommendations for travelers.

Our first night was a long once. there was a party by our room and it was incredibly loud between music and drunk people laughing. The party stopped until 4 am and the hotel never did anything to stop it.

Overall great attention by the staff. Front desk people could have better attitude answering the phone, but they are not rude. The facilites are very clean and location is just perfect.

The walls were very thin...so you could hear people next door and below your room. The first day & night we had only 1 wash cloth & hand towel; however the next day the maid left us neither of those items. We didn't like it that there were cats on the property - especially laying on chairs, loungers........ as my husband is highly allergic.

The grounds were beautiful and the food very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the wait staff at breakfast were very slow. I would stay there again. We would have like to try the spa.

The bathroom was not so clean. The shower floor was dirty, and the shower drain was too small, causing the water level to rise inside the shower. There was an awful sewage smell coming out of the shower drain that made our stay very uncomfortable.

The location is great, the restaurant was great, the rooms were pretty big.

I would say room was a little warm . It would have been nice if room was cooled off prior it took awhile to cool room. Very high ceilings with one small air conditioning unit. Water pressure in shower bad one day better the next .

We were upgraded to the Master suites it was such a nice area. The property is very nice beautiful pools. Food was excellent , service from everyone excellent . Chairs and fire pits on our personal deck very nice.

It needed some maintenance in some of the rooms. Room didn't get cleaned even though the clean room sign was out and the put it back inside but didn't clean the room. A/C needs to be working better.

The bathroom sink was not clean and rust in sink. The shampoo and body wash were empty not filled. Found trash in bathroom. Staff at front desk were friendly upon check in but not at check out.

Room was nice but not a suite like we paid for. The bed was really comfortable. No towels in room but when requested they arrived immediately and staff on sight and at bar pool were very friendly.
