For those with accessibility issues just be aware there is no lift to access the top floors or roof, however I suppose you can get a room on the ground floor so not too much of an issue. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash could be better quality. Also our safe didn’t have battery and this wasn’t dealt with during our stay despite us reminding the front desk.

Lovely boutique hotel located in the centre of town. Nice clean and modern rooms that still retain character from the surroundings. Very pleasant staff. Enjoyed the chocolate upon arrival. We were initially put in the room that faces the street but unfortunately it was noisy, so when we spoke to the front desk they put up into a junior suite at the back of the hotel which was extremely kind of them. Thank you for your hospitality :) The bedding and towels were great too, very comfortable. I liked that there were room slippers in the bedroom. Breakfast was also good. Loved the rooftop area.

This is just a personal preference: we found the mattress a bit too soft (but again, someone may well prefer this type of mattress).

Perfectly located, the property is a typical house characterised by local marble architecture solutions. Relaxing environment and extremely nice staff.

The shower doesnt have a door therefore it spilled too much water out. Had to place a towel to stop it.

The Location of this Hotel was excellent! Walking distance from restaurants, shopping and the main attraction, the beautiful cathedral in the center (centro) The city vibe was exceptional.The rooms are beautiful and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Service was great! We were greeted by some delicious tiny chocolates. The coffee maker worked good! The room lighting was nice and romantic (dimmable)

This is a small hotel, which is very comfortable and well-appointed. It has air conditioning. The breakfast was a full breakfast - not just coffee and a pastry - and was served on a lovely terrace with a view over the rooftops of San Miguel. We could walk to sites and shops in all directions because the hotel is centrally located.

It is service exemplaire! They thought about everything so you don’t have to. You arrive to the most soothing relaxing smell with nature music on TV as soon as you enter your room. Made me want to return to the room many times during the day to harness that feeling. Chocolates on arrival! They provided loofah for shower and the breakfast either in the terrace or the restaurant across was perfect to start your day. It was so central we passed by the hotel multiple times without meaning to. You turn the corner and you are in the plaza with access to all panaderia, coffee and hot chocolate. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my most meticulous friends.

The shower/toilet area!! While showering everything gets wet on the floor, no way you can shower comfortably so that doesn’t happen. Then there’s a door but it’s transparent, idk what’s it for? .. I think it would be better to have a door that separates the shower and toilet from the sink, and something to be done about the floor getting wet while showering. Besides that, loved it!

The only thing that I didn’t love about the property was the exposure of the courtyard when it was raining. There is no way to exit the rooms without getting wet.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and yet, centrally located. The amenities — from house slippers to spa bath sheets. — are unexpected as are the chocolates upon arrival. It’s clean and a lovely home away from home when visiting San Miguel.
